本次的纪录片《人在三和》，不仅跟随打工者的视角，去酒店当临时工， 还采访了来三和围观旅游的留学生，和著名的4块钱“挂逼面”双丰面馆老板。 在五星酒店打工1小时12块，忙到半夜工钱84块，还要付10块钱给黑车老板，而五星酒店年会一桌饭就要一万多。 三和大神出名之后，越来越多的人来三和围观，买瓶大水，来一碗挂逼面，体验一下三和大神的生活。 双丰面馆老板是个实在人，自始至终为三和大神们提供四块钱的挂逼面，利润虽少，但从他的言语中可以感觉出是凭着良心在做事。
