《大玩特玩》消暑篇为2018年TVB Amazing Summer特备节目之一，由7月29日起逢周六晚上播出七集(每集半小时)，取代往年的《疯狂夏水礼》，分别到大湾区城市江门和惠州大玩水上游戏，最后以香港作结。 《大玩特玩》全新一輯「消暑篇」於暑假盛大登場，為2018年Amazing Summer帶來陣陣涼快感覺！ 最「玩得」主持拍檔林盛斌（Bob）與區永權（Albert）再次出動，並將一眾「星級」型男、美女嘉賓，包括陳嘉桓、楊潮凱、溫家偉、翟威廉、邵珮詩、朱智賢、何佩瑜、蔚雨芯等，帶往中、港兩地水上玩樂熱點，組成「大玩隊」、「特玩隊」進行連場開心、有趣、瘋狂的水上競技遊戲，角逐每集的豐富獎品。
「馬友會」是《MM730－男女自然學會》衍生的限定組合。節目的完結，卻成就了一個全新節目－《馬友旅遊部》，六位主持原班人馬一齊去日本拍攝，內容包括三個單元：《5+1》- 抽中者即走、《博士篇》- 度身訂造內容、《無添加假期》-六人虛度日常。請各位觀眾一起見證六人經過長時間的工作及相處，他們最終會「彼此交惡」或是發展出「馬友之交淡如水」的關係？
