歐陽偉豪(Ben Sir)執教的「學堂」，正式「升呢」成為「研究院」！麥美恩、陸浩明、駱胤鳴、林穎彤等一眾學生，紛紛報名成為「研究生」，務求將廣東話用語、諺語、俗語的較深入一面，發掘出來！一位從內地來港的娛樂主播季蘋蘋，想學好廣東話，慕名而來上課，這位插班生與一眾同學相處時又會鬧出甚麼樣的「語言笑話」？ 課堂仍然保持以遊學團形式進行，遊覽香港各個地區，再配以該區的特色，介紹相關的潮語、古語，見證廣東話經年代洗禮的變遷。Ben Sir與學生經常巧遇不同的嘉賓，為研究過程帶來不少歡樂及另類體驗。 「一人一句問Ben Sir環節」，Ben Sir繼續回答廣東話用字的有趣提問，照舊絕不收費！
承接上季，《他和她的喵店長2》繼續走訪不同社區，包括有「香港貓島」之稱的「大澳漁村」、被稱為「香港貓王國」的愛民邨、石硤尾邨、牛池灣村……搜羅當中的「人氣」貓店長，探索人貓共處的窩心故事，帶出社區的變遷。愛民邨竟有「神獸」？大澳的貓義工有甚麼難忘經歷？炎明熹不僅獻聲擔任旁白，更親自帶大家尋訪可愛貓店長，本身為攝影師的《聲夢2》學員江廷慧也會用她拍攝的照片、影像製作短片，呈現多位貓店長的生活百態……
吃到滋味的美食固然令人感動，食品背後卻還可能隱藏着廚師們的動人故事。節目由日本在地「美食達人」帶路，引領「日本通」周奕瑋與「旅遊節目新丁」王敏奕，到訪一些可能旅遊書未有介紹，或者是並不起眼的餐廳小店。除了發掘隱秘食店之外，美食達人還會帶來食物資訊，並分享品嚐美食的私心貼士。此外，每集還會圍繞「夢想」、「夫妻檔」等不同主題，道出食店的暖心故事。齊來踏上這趟感動味蕾之旅，嚐遍日本關西的百味。
