每個人總有不為人知的一面,一些隱藏的性格特質或性格缺陷。節目以自私精、控制狂等不同性格特質為主題,每集邀請藝人嘉賓,在他們不知該集主題的情況下參與一些遊戲、考驗或心理測驗,面對諸如買錯早餐、性感女郎「亂入」拍攝現場、拍攝途中意外頻生等種種狀況,並由臨床心理學家張傳義博士(Dr. Amos)觀察及分析他們的行為表現,解讀他們潛藏的心理特質。希望藉著「窺探」內心,能令大家加深了解自己與身邊人。
