由中天电视台节目部自制，于2020年9月17日首录，于2020年10月12日晚间9点播出。该节目专为各种同学族群量身订做，每集邀请12位来自不同学籍的同学、不同学系的学生上来讨论各种主题，主持人包括阿Ken、纳豆、安心亚。
以短線遊為目的，一連十集，走訪大灣區最近香港的幾個城市，包括：深圳、廣州、佛山、中山、珠海，搜羅吃喝玩樂最新資訊，並提供詳細地點及交通資訊，務求讓觀眾可以「今晚睇完，明天出發」， 只要睇得到，就去得到、食得到、玩得到。 此外，每集都會加入不同的飛行嘉賓，令節目增加娛樂性及更多變化。
「生仔要考牌」一句充滿對新一代父母的批評傳統與新派教育邊樣好？「成長教育」這個課題，一百個家庭有一百個方法，不同專家又有不同理論。節目會從不同人物角色，如長輩、父母、小孩或教育者等，去了解他們在「教仔」這課題中的趣事、分歧及小秘聞 ，貫中的看法或事件，正正時現實的反映！

2021年7月，无线电视宣布于同年暑假举办「声梦Summer Camp」，以延续《声梦传奇》精神，为介乎11至15岁且有志于演艺的青少年提供歌舞训练机会。入围参加者将被安排参与不同训练，并有机会跟随《声梦传奇》部分学员或专业导师学艺。活动于2021年7月19日截止报名。 2021年10月，无线电视于《TVB携手创无限节目博览2022》上宣布将「声梦Summer Camp」活动以《声梦Junior》名义播出。
