三立全新旅游实境《上山下海过一夜》，由5位独具风格且拥有不同生活技能的年轻职人，共同组队进行两天一夜实境小旅行，带你享受大自然好生活，看见台湾土地的美丽。
日本關西包括大阪、京都、奈良、和歌山、兵庫等地，各有吃喝玩樂好去處。雖然部份景點路途較遠，但不一定要自駕遊，乘公共交通工具也很便捷。周奕瑋貼地遊關西，由必去「定番」到隱世「穴場」統統網羅！和歌山也有「天空之鏡」？坐日本最長巴士線，到訪靈氣逼人的玉置神社、體驗人力過河吊車，再自掘河原露天溫泉。駕駛小型越野車遊覽奈良文化遺產；登上位於兵庫、號稱世界第二長的吊橋頂打卡，還會精選大阪、京都的人氣美食指南。

本節目是個以「迎新小隊」作核心，紀錄他們幫助街坊鄰里的真人騷節目。「炮竹一聲除舊歲」、「年廿八洗邋遢」、「賣懶！賣懶！賣到年三十晚！」華人的傳統就是喜歡送舊迎新，將舊而有不好的事情趕走，希望透過「清潔、整理和斷捨離」等方法法，象徵著大家一同迎接美好的未來。每一集將會走到有不同「掃除」需求的嘉賓（市民）生活之中，了解他們意欲摒棄或者清理的東西為何物，無論是皮膚、家居、小店、人生、關係等，只要能清理的都一應俱全。到最後帶嘉賓到「迎新小隊」的「清潔部屋」中，吃一頓以「清」精心設計代表「送舊迎新」的慶祝飯，讓每位嘉賓分享清潔成果。
