三立台湾台首檔豪华谈话性节目《阿姐万岁》将于7月31日起每周一、二晚上 10点半播出,由『影视歌三栖台语界的天花板』苗可丽与『新生代八点檔一哥』陈志强组成『强丽姊弟』,节目内容会结合时事、贴近生活,帮观眾解决烦心事,透过生活小剧场,两人用最轻松诙谐的方式,碰撞出让人意想不到的化学反应,将为谈话性节目带来让人耳目一新的感觉。
秉承《茶餐廳》精神,谷德昭繼續深入香港飲食文化,今次帶大家尋找消失的「香港味道」。很多以往香港人愛吃的美食,隨著飲食習慣改變、口味改變、製作步驟精簡等慢慢消失,例如以前飲茶常見的「菲林」芝麻卷、雞蛋仔的前身潮州冷糕等。隨著越來越多外來食品進駐香港,舊有的味道被淘汰,有的在香港幾近消失,而鄰近的澳門卻保留了下來,例如吳廷記冷糕小食的冷糕。一連15集的「消失的菜單」把部分食物從歷史洪流中撈出來,並重現在觀眾眼前,帶香港人來一場味覺的回憶之旅。
