時裝設計比賽《剪裁魔法師2》由森美、馮盈盈擔任主持，召集香港時裝設計師比拼創意與才華。十一位參賽者於初賽展示個人作品，眾模特兒藝人聯同上屆冠、亞、季軍「魔法師」，透過不開名的方式評選出八位出線者。決賽階段，八人各自配對模特兒藝人，因應兩個回合的指定主題打造戰衣，再由藝人走秀綻放光芒，角逐五個晉級名額。最後五強會師終極時尚盛宴，究竟誰人能贏得陳豪、樂基兒、馬天佑、Dorian Ho等星級評審的認同？
