TVBS欢乐台42频道推出全新节目《11点热吵店》，荒谬大师沈玉琳遇上疯疯贵妇Melody竟是“地表最震撼”组合！谈论时下最“热吵”的话题，包含热门时事、职场人际、两性话题，也将邀请当红来宾，跟节目班底来场“热吵对决”。每周一到周四晚間11 點播出！

巴黎奧運如箭在弦，梁芷珮(Christy)搶先前赴法國巴黎與周邊城市，玩盡奧運場館附近的景點，搜羅「潮什麼」情報。另一主持鄭衍峰亦會運用豐富體育知識，為大家介紹奧運資訊。巴黎奧運主張環保理念，逾九成場館為現有建築變身，單單巴黎鐵塔周邊已有多個比賽場地及資訊館。波爾多、Saint-Etienne將會舉行奧運足球賽事，芷珮參觀兩座球場，順道細味當地葡萄酒，還與老虎、捷豹「瞓一晚」，大人、小朋友都啱玩！
一方水土養一方人，中國地大物博，各地風土人情不同，也各自培養出獨特的養生之道。陳煒、黎諾懿分途出發，率領曹永廉、游嘉欣、陳嘉慧等主持拍檔前赴貴州、雲南等內地省分，將養生學問結合旅遊行程，探索多個地方不盡相同的養生奧秘，也會發掘在地民眾的養生食材、美饌。《養生之旅》亦會邀請中醫師、大學學者等，透過中醫醫理、科學等角度，解說相關養生智慧。此外，節目還有周國豐以靚聲導航，引領觀眾領略養生的奧妙。
「動吧!動動運動會」賽制說明：紅、藍兩個主隊將爭取運動場上最高榮譽。總共將進行五戰的比賽，前四戰比的是單項運動項目，每一戰都會加入一隊踢館隊伍(黃隊)，三隊進行單循環賽，每隊都會和其他兩隊各交手一次。根據當日比賽成績排名，可分別獲得『金牌、銀牌、銅牌』，紅、藍兩隊獲得的獎牌將可轉換分數並累積至最後一戰，金牌可獲得3分、銀牌2分、銅牌1分。最終戰-第五戰，則由紅、藍兩隊直接進行PK，一共會比三個運動項目，每個項目會進行一場比賽爭奪分數，最終分數最高的隊伍即為冠軍隊伍。
