亚洲旅游台推出全新企划节目《大导演小食光》，以最基本的「食」为出发点，探访美食背後耐人寻味的故事，从导演陈伟的镜头视角出发，带领观众一起走进街头巷弄间，并与店家主人交流。
「動吧!動動運動會」賽制說明：紅、藍兩個主隊將爭取運動場上最高榮譽。總共將進行五戰的比賽，前四戰比的是單項運動項目，每一戰都會加入一隊踢館隊伍(黃隊)，三隊進行單循環賽，每隊都會和其他兩隊各交手一次。根據當日比賽成績排名，可分別獲得『金牌、銀牌、銅牌』，紅、藍兩隊獲得的獎牌將可轉換分數並累積至最後一戰，金牌可獲得3分、銀牌2分、銅牌1分。最終戰-第五戰，則由紅、藍兩隊直接進行PK，一共會比三個運動項目，每個項目會進行一場比賽爭奪分數，最終分數最高的隊伍即為冠軍隊伍。
