《大陆寻奇》是台湾地区录制的一档以祖国大陆各地有特色的风景名胜、文物古迹和民俗风情为主要内容的电视专题纪录片。该节目于1990年8月11日开播，是中国电视公司（中视）最长寿的社教节目。
