　　黄河中游的三门峡湿地，是野生大天鹅重要的越冬栖息地。每年吸引一万余只越冬的大天鹅。一只雌性大天鹅“美峡”翅膀受伤，不得不永久留在越冬地。在这里，它与另一只受伤的天鹅组建家庭并孵化出了7只幼崽，这是野生大天鹅在黄河流域越冬地自然繁殖成功的首例。随后的五个月里，美峡先后失去 丈夫和一个孩子，家庭遭受巨大变故。单亲母亲困难重重。秋末，大天鹅陆续抵达黄河中游的越冬地。美峡的领地也受到了挑战。第二年春季，越冬的天鹅开始飞回北方繁殖地。面对迁徙，六个孩子又将何去何从呢？
　　"A female swan Meixia, whose wings were injured and could not fly, had to stay permanently in the wintering grounds, where she and another wounded swan fell in love, then started to breed and rear their young.

　　张玉锋：《狗日子》纪录片主人公，1932年出生于河北沧州。20岁结婚，因老婆闹分家，半年后离婚，打了一辈子光棍。2003年开始捡废品，收养十几条流浪的猫狗，同时供侄子上大学。年过八旬的他，自食其力，饿了就去卖废品，换来钱买吃的，虽然生活不容易，但他活的很潇洒自由，活的铿锵有力，活出了自己的尊严。每个人的生活都能活出自己的艺术，但他却能传递给我很多正能量。

　　1975年11月20日，独裁政权的佛朗哥终于逝世，西班牙开始推动君主立宪，并将当时被关押政治犯全部特赦，然而在佛朗哥政权时代的人也同时被特赦，西班牙政党也达成了「遗忘协定（Pack of Forgetting）」，将这段历史选择遗忘。随著导演夫妇的拍摄，从一位80岁老奶奶述说她母亲陈尸公路的经历，到2010年经历过佛朗哥政权的受害者提起跨海诉讼，让这段历史再次浮上檯面，开启其转型正义之路。
