　　《中国美食之旅》由“中国菜教父”华裔名厨谭荣辉以及华裔主持黄瀞亿联合主持的美食纪录片。《中国美食之旅》共有四集，分别为北京篇、成都篇、云南篇与广东和台湾篇。通过美食，探寻中国最深处的灵魂，向西方人呈现出最为地道、最为美味的中国菜，向西方世界展现出不一样的中国。

　　史上最极端的生存挑战赛难度越来越大。在参加过《原始生活21天》节目后，熟悉这种“裸体挑战”的资深生存主义者尝试在荒凉、危险的环境中生存40天——比之前在节目中挑战的时间还要长19天。为了争夺有限的食物、水和住所，男性和女性都必须挑战人类耐力的极限，同时还要避开对地盘敏感的食肉动物和充满毒液的爬行动物。因为别无选择，竞争者们很快就了解了彼此以及他们周围的环境，他们希望自己的本能、生存技能和勇气能很好地为他们服务。

She questions whether the Mughals were trying to impose their own religion of Islam or indeed whether they were open to the religion and art of the country they were trying to conquer; and she discovers some of the 33,000 sacred temples hewn from rock, sandstone and marble in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
