《勁歌金曲》自1981年啟播，逾四十年來一直致力提供平台讓歌手發表音樂作品。隨後舉辦的《勁歌金曲頒獎典禮》，更是表揚及肯定一眾音樂人努力的成績表，在頒獎禮中獲獎，也被視為一份無比的榮譽。為跟觀眾一起重溫《勁歌》的輝煌歲月，節目召喚鄭丹瑞、蔡楓華、盧敏儀、樊亦敏、黃山怡等多代主持回到工作崗位，還會邀請譚詠麟、鍾鎮濤、區瑞強、吳雨、鄭國江，以歌手與幕後製作人的角度，引領大家回味《勁歌》的幕幕經典時刻。
請來藝人與素人，通過簡單測試、相處實況、促膝談心，嘉賓分享自己對友誼的看法，並找來好友，分享他們之間的共同經歷和回憶，透過簡單測試，考驗二人合拍度、忠誠度和相處之道。
《2010 超级巨星 红白艺能大赏》，是台湾电视公司（TTV）于2010年2月13日于台视主频道播出的除夕特别节目。节目采由红白两队歌手展开歌唱比赛的形式进行。其中，女性歌手组成红队，男性歌手组成白队。红白两队各有14组歌手上场，共28组歌手。本次最终以白队获胜收场。 节目形式与日本放送协会《NHK红白歌合战》雷同，但与其不同的是，本节目于2010年2月3日晚间于国立台湾大学综合体育馆录制，全程以高清录制，并经过剪接及增加繁中字幕后在台视主频道播出。
