茶餐廳是香港特有的飲食文化，是一種代表香港的味道。茶餐廳起源於五十年代，由西餐廳、茶檔、冰室等混合演變而來，成為重要的平民飯堂。茶餐廳以前主要是三行等工人食平價飯的地方，到了今時今日，已是所有香港人的飯堂，大學教授、中環打工仔、退休人士、三歲小孩等都是茶餐廳的座上客，點一杯咖啡、奶茶、凍檸茶，加一客菠蘿油、沙嗲牛麵、常餐、男人的浪漫，舔舔脷，飽餐一頓。

《港湾起跑线》系列生活纪录片，由创作人陈少琪操刀，讲述10位在大湾区内地不同城市创业、工作、生活和学习的香港人的日常故事，借由他们的亲身经历给大家提供更多元的视角，对大湾区有更立体的认识。纪录片于2月28日起逢星期日22:30在香港的电视81台播出。
《超级红人榜》是三立电视的歌唱选秀节目，由于美人与蔡昌宪、许志豪 联合主持，怡佳娱乐制作，制作人为张玉川、谢孟芬，2010年11月7日开播。三立台湾台每周日18：30~20：00播出，当日22：00~23：30及周六10：30~12：00重播。在歌唱选秀部分以外，有小单元〈大来宾时间〉访问资深歌手或乐师。
