　　赛勒斯将在第41季10月3日播出的第一期担任主持人，此次是她第三次主持《周六夜现场》。与此同时她还将主持8月30日的MTV音乐录影带大奖。
　　舒默将负责主持10月10日的第二期节目。
　　关于第41季的音乐嘉宾，制作人洛恩-迈克尔（Lorne Michaels）称将在不久以后公布嘉宾名单。
