'Monkeys: An Amazing Animal Family' is a lavish documentary that follows Patrick across the globe as he explores the incredible evolutionary rise of dazzlingly different primate species. Today, there are more than 300 species of primates. All of different shapes and sizes, they can jump higher, swing further and solve problems better than virtually any other animal group on Earth. But how and why? Patrick gets up close and personal with apes and monkeys as he climbs the primate family tree. Beginning 60 million years ago in Asia's dense forests, he discovers the origin of the earliest primates and how they conquered the world, making it from South Africa to America where they evolved into the intelligent, inquisitive and more physical members of the primate family that we now know as monkeys. As well as investigating the rise of the apes and the birth of our closest animal relative, the gorilla, Patrick explores why these creatures developed into incredible acrobats and how they evolved to have strong and long tails, loud howls or huge claws. From the tiny mouse lemur to the giant gorilla, Patrick explores them all in a stunning three-part documentary that features gorgeous photography, extraordinary animal behavior and one of TV's brightest new presenting talents.

　　Dan Snow uncovers the lost Vikings in America with space archaeologist Dr Sarah Parcak. Sarah uses satellites 383 miles above the earth to spot ruins as small as 30cm buried beneath the surface. As Sarah searches for Viking sites from Britain to America, Dan explores how they voyaged thousands of miles when most ships never left the shoreline. He also tracks their expansion west, first as raiders and then as settlers and traders throughout Britain and beyond to Iceland and Greenland. In North America they excavate what could be the most westerly Viking settlement ever discovered.

　　For the first time in HELL'S KITCHEN history, the latest batch of 20 aspiring restaurateurs head to Las Vegas to present their signature dishes before Chef Ramsey and a live audience. The contestants will split into two teams - the red team and the blue team - to prove they have what it takes to win a life-changing grand prize as Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill at Caesars Palace. The winning team with the most impressive dishes will earn a VIP night on the town and attend a special concert, while the losing team will make the long journey back to Los Angeles on a school bus
　　For fans that can't wait to get their fix of the celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's toxic-tongued kitchen antics, the wait is almost over.
　　Tuesday kicks off the newest season of "Hell's Kitchen" with a two-hour episode on FOX.
　　In the premiere, three contestants --Amanda Giblin, Dan Ryan and Jessica Lewis --are among the 20 chefs that compete in front of a live Las Vegas audience for a cooking challenge that pits the men against the women. They talked to FoxNews.com’s Ashley Dvorkin about what it’s like to be on the show and what’s in store during this—the 11th season.
　　Giblin says one of the biggest challenges for her was cooking in front of the large, live audience, for which they were given no advanced warning. “It was incredible, scary,” she said.
　　In Tuesday’s show they say there’s an extra contestant that is neither man nor woman.  Also the winning team (they don’t say who) gets a VIP night on the town, while the losers get a bumpy ride home on a hot school bus.
