FBI为美国的特勤单位由于性质特殊原本工作便很繁重而首府华盛顿特区,更由于是恐怖攻击锁定的头号目标,因此华府FBI的任务更比其他地区吃力许多,节目中特别以美国总统一年一度的国情咨文演说为重心,介绍华府FBI如何绷紧神经,处理各种可能的恐怖攻击行动。节目一开始FBI就在五角大厦附近发现一名孤狼恐怖份子他在将汽车停放在五角大厦附近后遭逮捕;有一天中午用餐时间华府市区又发现可疑邮包......

　　作为美国主流频道的王牌节目，该系列在海外一直有着很高的收视率，极限冒险家黑森•奥戴尔也带领观众造访过世界各地的原民部落。《黑森中国历险记》是在中国制作的特辑节目，黑森将走进三个少数民族地区，学习当地特有的技能，完成一次惊心动魄地探险进阶课。
　　在第一集《大江奔流》中，黑森前往位于滇西北的独龙江峡谷，与独龙族男人们一起翻山越岭采集草药。他们捕竹鼠、挖竹笋裹腹，自制弩弓防身，跟熊猪大战擦肩而过，冒着生命危险在深林中生火扎寨。在“云南最后的秘境”里，黑森还会遇到哪些来自自然的考验？
　　第二集《火枪部落》，黑森来到了位于贵州省的岜沙苗寨，当地男人至今保留着佩戴火枪的传统。黑森必须通过一系列的生存考验，才能得到那杆特有的火枪。“通过仪式”不仅包括与剧毒的中华眼镜蛇近在咫尺地搏斗，徒手制作火药，还要独自横穿高空瀑布去为部落寻找食物，一次又一次的生存危机之后，黑森最终能否成为一名合格的岜沙男人呢？
　　第三集《驯鹿森林》，黑森一路北上，在寂静的大兴安岭山间，找到了生活于此的鄂温克人。鄂温克人世代以饲养驯鹿为生，他们教会黑森如何精心饲养驯鹿。然而一次不慎，两只驯鹿走丢，黑森只好独自穿越山林，与野熊为邻，开始了寻找驯鹿之旅……

　　In a new BBC Two series, some of the fittest men and woman around will face the toughest challenge of their lives when they take part in the recruitment week from hell. Who will be left standing on the ultimate military assault course?
　　Presented by Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff, this six-part series will see successful applicants take on gruelling tests used by some of the world’s harshest army regimes, from the Navy SEALs to the SAS, in a search to find the UK’s toughest recruit.
　　Participants will come under intense pressure. Their physical and mental endurance will be pushed to the limit. Viewers will witness what the mind and body are capable of and how these techniques separate the weak from the strong, and they will learn what it takes to be the ultimate soldier.
　　The ‘Hell Week ‘ has been especially constructed to reflect known selection process used by special forces across the globe including the US Navy SEALs, the Philippine’s NAVSOG (Naval Special Operations Group), the Russian Spetsnaz (Special Purpose Forces) as well as the UK’s SAS. These are physical and mental challenges designed to break the most hardened soldiers.

　　The story of how police repeatedly allowed a serial murderer to slip through their fingers.
　　Stephen Port date-raped and murdered four young gay men in East London within fifteen months and dumped all four bodies within a few hundred metres of each other.
　　Yet Barking and Dagenham police failed to link the deaths, until weeks after the fourth one. The film tells the story through eyes of the families of Port's victims, unpicking how the police failed to properly investigate each of the deaths in turn. The police's assumptions that these young gay men had died from self-inflicted overdoses of chem-sex drugs allowed Port to continue raping and killing innocent young men.
　　The film unravels Port's sinister character and modus operandi. Port was motivated by a desire to satisfy his lust for abusive drug fuelled sexual encounters. He found all his victims through gay dating and social media sites, using multiple online profiles.
　　Barking and Dagenham police's failings have led to huge anger amongst the families of Port's victims. Some have accused the police of institutional homophobia, and asked if officers would have investigated more thoroughly, had four young women turned up dead within such a small radius.
　　The Met police have referred themselves to the Independent Police Complaints Commission over their handling of the case and will not comment on specific allegations until the IPCC investigation is complete.
