Jahrhundert. Im Laufe des 20. Jahrhunderts wurde Tokio zweimal zerstört, zuerst durch ein großes Erdbeben, dann während des Zweiten Weltkriegs durch US-Bomben. Jedes Mal musste Tokio von Grund auf neu aufgebaut werden. Ein Film über das wechselvolle Schicksal der Stadt.
