在本集的求生这5招，求生高手将展示如何在野外打猎充飢，我们将细数前5名的野外求生片段。第5名是求生铁人双拍档的麦克和露丝，两人将含力腊捕宰杀鱼。第4名是原始生活21天，一对衣不蔽体的拍档好不容易找到鸟龟和蛇来吃，两人之问的气氛却更糟了。第3名是野外求生专家贝吉罗斯大啖生章鱼，不过有些难以下嚥。第2名是两名求生高手的求生对战，看谁能最先离开红树林。第1名是还是麦克和露丝，两人将含力猎捕！

 美食探险家Harry即将前往北回归线上最丰富多样的岛屿- 台湾，展开一场充满挑战与惊喜的美味之旅。跟随着太阳光影的脚步，Harry将要造访北回归线跨越台湾的四大区域。从西边的火山群岛开始，中途将经过滨海沙洲、森林高山、险峻的高海拔公路，最后抵达东海岸的纵谷。这趟旅程不是件简单的任务，但更刺激的还在后面。身为一个美食专家及探险高手，Harry必须利用他的专长，融合地方特殊的景观、文化与食材，创作出能代表在地风情的创意料理。

　　The programme follows Matthew Bell - Tatler’s writer and the newest addition to the team - over his first few months at the magazine. We’ll see him trying to find his feet and go from middle class outsider to privileged insider.

　　In 2009, art detective Dr Bendor Grosvenor caused a national scandal by proving that the Scottish National Portrait Gallery's iconic portrait of Bonnie Prince Charlie, the rebel Stuart who almost seized power in 1745, was not in fact him. Keen to make amends, and suspecting that a long-lost portrait of the prince by one of Scotland's greatest artists, Allan Ramsay, might still survive, Bendor decides to retrace Charles' journey in the hope of unravelling one of the greatest mysteries in British art.
