　　《荒野求生秘技》（Man vs. Wild）又称《荒野求生》，是美国探索频道制作的一档写实电视节目，由英国冒险家贝尔·格里尔斯主持，每集他会走到沙漠、沼泽、森林、峡谷等危险的野外境地，在极为恶劣的环境下，为脱离险境，设法寻找回到文明社会的路径。

　　Centers on the Kilcher family and their community outside Homer, Alaska. Led by patriarch Atz Kilcher, singer Jewel's father, the family have lived on their land for three generations. The show also focuses on the homesteaders who live by the Kilchers, including, Brother Roadkill, who eats animals lying dead on the side of the road.

　　Simon Sebag Montefiore charts the rise of Istanbul from pagan trading post to capital of three empires and two religions, becoming not only holy but the most coveted city in the world.

NBC宣布预订生存专家BearGrylls开发的另一部野外求生竞技真人秀（6集）——去年NBC曾播出BearGrylls开发的《GetOutAlive》，同样为野外求生节目。新节目命名为《RunningWildWithBearGrylls》，BearGrylls将带领一群名人到偏僻的地方完成为期48小时的探险任务。名人们将在卡茨基尔山进行空中杂技跳伞，在犹他州用吊绳垂降悬崖，并且在苏格兰高地对抗狂风和暴雨。该节目在7月28日播出，确定参与的名人包括演员ZacEfron、BenStiller、ChanningTatum、TomArnold以及一名橄榄球运动员和一名新闻节目主持人。该节目和去年DwayneJohnson的《凡人英雄》（Hero）非常相似。
