　　AMC剧《#传教士# Preacher》虽然第二季收视有所走低，不过在影评不差下依旧获续订第三季，预定18年播出。

　　罗斯（大卫·休默 David Schwimmer 饰）决定和邦妮分手与瑞秋（詹妮弗·安妮斯顿 Jennifer Aniston 饰）复合，可因为瑞秋让他认错而依旧分手了。菲比（莉莎·库卓 Lisa Kudrow 饰）成为了弟弟小弗兰克和艾丽丝的代孕母亲，人工受孕怀了三胞胎。罗斯与英国女孩艾米丽相恋，决定在伦敦结婚。由于怀孕的菲比和有旧情困扰的瑞秋的两人留在纽约，其他人都赶赴伦敦参加罗斯的婚礼。婚宴上，摩妮卡莫妮卡（柯特妮·考克斯 Courteney Cox 饰）触景生情，竟和安慰她的钱德勒（马修·派瑞 Matthew Perry 饰）发生了一夜情。意识到自己仍爱着罗斯的瑞秋决定飞赴伦敦挽回。但当她看到幸福的新人，决定不扰乱这个婚礼。但最后在罗斯在做婚礼宣誓时，却将艾米丽的名字说成了瑞秋......

　　《The Good Guys》是一部传统的警匪（罪案）剧，但它有几个值得注意的关键词：幽默，守旧派警察，现代派侦探，鸡毛蒜皮的小案子。把这几个关键词拼凑到一起，就是本剧的基本轮廓。
　　Dan Stark（Bradley Whitford扮演，《白宫西翼》）曾是达拉斯城里无人不知的大侦探。三十年后，Dan的那些「英雄事迹」早已被人们遗忘，再没有人把他当成英雄，甚至没有人记得他的名字。Dan只能整天借酒消愁，在浑浑噩噩中回顾自己那段光辉岁月。
　　Dan的新搭档Jack Bailey侦探（Colin Hanks，《广告狂人》、《数字追凶》）是个有抱负、守规矩、很有前途的年轻人，但有时管不住自己的脾气，在局里得罪了很多人，以至于谁都不愿意和他搭档。也正是因为如此，他哪也不能去，只能乖乖地做自己的小侦探。这对他来说不知是件好事还是件坏事－－和Dan在一起，他时来运转的机会悄然来临了。
　　Jack唯一的真心朋友是地区检察官的助手Liz Townsend（Jenny Wade，《恶魔猎人》），同时也是他的前女友。Jack并没有忘记他们之间的感情，工作中一遇到麻烦，他还是会不由自主地去找Liz倾述。上司Ana Ruiz（Diana Maria Riva，《灵书妙探》）则是Jack和Dan的「死对头」，把他俩同时调到没有出头之日的「财产犯罪处」去工作－－也许只有处理小偷小摸的案件，这对麻烦鬼才不会给警察局惹大麻烦。
　　Fox预订这部剧集主要是为了对抗在夏季电视市场上唱主角的有线电视网，尤其是USA（《Burn Notice》、《Royal Pains》）、TNT（《Leverage》）等。Fox的总裁称：「只要我们有好的节目，观众就没理由选择看《Burn Notice》这样的剧集而不看我们的剧集了。」

　　娜奥米·沃茨加盟Showtime聚焦“福斯新闻网”前CEO罗杰·艾尔斯新剧，饰演前福克斯新闻主持人格雷琴·卡尔森。罗素·克劳将饰演艾尔斯。剧集改编自加布里埃尔·谢尔曼撰写的艾尔斯传记《房间里最响亮的声音》，讲述艾尔斯2017年5月去世前最后十年的生活，包括卡尔森和福克斯新闻的其他女性对他提出的性骚扰指控，这些指控最终导致艾尔斯于2016年从福克斯新闻网辞职。汤姆·麦卡锡([聚焦])将与谢尔曼共同操刀首集剧本。

　　根据Gerald Durrell《希腊三部曲》改编，讲述上个世纪三十年代德雷尔一家从英国搬到希腊科孚岛定居，单身母亲与四个孩子的暖心日常。

　　糊涂侦探是由喜剧大师梅尔.布鲁克斯编剧的电视剧集《糊涂侦探》在60年代仿效当时流行的007系列电影改编的间谍喜剧。
　　10多年前在国内放映过，国内也踊跃出一大批剧迷。男主人公叫麦克斯韦.精明-特工86号，他的女搭档是99号特工。里面的特工用品都很滑稽，比如86号的皮鞋电话、局长的隔音罩等等。
　　该片在1965年-1970年在电视台播出，1989年又顺时推出了《新糊涂侦探》，95年又推出了《糊涂侦探再度出击》；1980年克里夫.唐纳导演的电影版86号《The Nude Bomb》。这些都是由男主角唐.亚当斯主演，更值得一提的是同在国内被人熟知的动画连续剧《神探加杰特》"Inspector Gadget" (1983) [TV-Series 1983-1986]中的加杰特也是由亚当斯配音，后来亚当斯多次为加杰特配音并演出过一个电视版--The Amazing Adventures of Inspector Gadget（1986），就连99年马修布罗德里克主演的电影版本《G型特工》，亚当斯也为其中一个角色配音。
　　糊涂侦探(Get Smart)的主演，麦克斯韦·史马特(Maxwell·Smart)的扮演者Don Adams(1923-2005)先生于2005年9月25日去世了，享年82岁。

　　大卫·田纳特将参演全新BBC喜剧《她来了》(There She Goes，暂译)，他在剧中将扮演一个有着严重学习障碍女孩萝丝的父亲，剧中大卫·田纳特和杰西卡·海因斯分别扮演西蒙和艾米丽，米莉·洛克扮演9岁女孩萝丝。该剧由《最错决定》肖恩·派伊操刀剧本。该剧共5集，剧即将在BBC4播出。
