《天才GO GO GO》是华视的大型益智遊戲节目，2003年5月23日开播，主持人是吴宗宪，2004年3月19日停播。 2004年3月26日《天才GO GO GO》改版为《天才向前冲》，製作班底不變。 2006年5月12日起《天才向前冲》改版为《天才冲冲冲》。主持人由徐乃麟，曾國城，小嫻，艾莉絲及後期的鐘欣怡接棒。 2014年2月22日起《天才冲冲冲》的女主持由Albee（刘璟莹）和張文綺擔任。
玩遊戲最緊要開心，可笑餐飽！何廣沛、麥美恩、馮盈盈、郭子豪、彭慧中、方紹聰、羅毓儀七位玩得之人，居然反傳統，要忍住笑玩遊戲。每集還請來不同藝員嘉賓，與主持們分成兩隊，上演連串「搞笑對決」，不擇手段務求令對方笑出來，稍一不慎顯露笑容就會輸掉遊戲，並須面臨各種對「賣樣藝人」難堪不已的恐怖懲罰。放心，觀眾若笑出來的話，沒有人會懲罰大家，所以在螢幕前盡情爆笑吧！
