　　PINGU is put out when he loses several games of hide and seek and to make matters his friends are laughing at his efforts to find them. When he sees a ladder PINGU has the perfect solution and climbs up an iceberg from where he is able to see all the hiding places. 　　在本片的故事中，四年一度的闰年到来，小精灵谷的仙子们每逢闰年会举办一场跨越季节的大竞赛，小精灵谷的仙子们使出浑身解数，为了争取最高的荣耀而一较高下！

　　年轻的古生物学家达里厄斯·鲍曼在加利福尼亚州的荒野中发现了活恐龙。
