　　對年輕的新世代而言，二次世界大戰可能只在是學校課堂上聽老師唸經的討厭玩意，畢竟那已經是將近七十年前的歷史，我們所能接觸到的也只有一些黑白斑駁的照片與長輩閒話當年勇的回憶而已，雖然經歷過這場浩劫的那一代已經逐漸走下人生的舞台，但這場有六十一個國家與十九億人口捲入的恐怖戰爭，除了奪走七千兩百萬人的生命以及造成一萬三千八百五十億美元的經濟損失以外，留下的種種後遺症到現在還深深地影響著我們的社會。
　　有許多電影及戲劇會以二次世界大戰裡頭的事件及戰役當題材，譬如說納粹入侵蘇聯、日本偷襲珍珠港、中途島戰役，但由於詮釋的角度不同以及商業運作的考量，除了少數佳作以外，能客觀描述史實的實在是少之又少，譬如說在珍珠港這部商業片裡頭，日本人的"秘密"作戰會議是在露天廣場裡開的，而得小兒麻痺的美國總統羅斯福宣戰演說到一半還可以站起來！雖然商業片就是以賺錢為目的，但這樣輕忽及亂搞的態度實在讓人搖頭。

曾获奥斯卡提名的1976年的纪录片《风中人》描绘了伊朗游牧民族巴克特亚里人的大迁徙，哈贾尔在片中只是一个小姑娘，如今55岁的她依旧热爱纯粹的游牧生活，因而拒绝搬到城市，但是家庭纷争、气候变化、城市化进程等问题时刻困扰着她。新晋伊朗导演马尔扬·霍斯拉维以拍摄妇女形象和社会问题见长，她执导的多部优秀作品在阿姆斯特丹国际纪录片电影节、弗里堡国际电影节等节展入围或得奖，本片依旧是对女性面貌的挖掘，新旧影像跨越时空彼此呼应，发人深省。本片在本届上海国际电影节为世界首映。
