　　黄河中游的三门峡湿地，是野生大天鹅重要的越冬栖息地。每年吸引一万余只越冬的大天鹅。一只雌性大天鹅“美峡”翅膀受伤，不得不永久留在越冬地。在这里，它与另一只受伤的天鹅组建家庭并孵化出了7只幼崽，这是野生大天鹅在黄河流域越冬地自然繁殖成功的首例。随后的五个月里，美峡先后失去 丈夫和一个孩子，家庭遭受巨大变故。单亲母亲困难重重。秋末，大天鹅陆续抵达黄河中游的越冬地。美峡的领地也受到了挑战。第二年春季，越冬的天鹅开始飞回北方繁殖地。面对迁徙，六个孩子又将何去何从呢？
　　"A female swan Meixia, whose wings were injured and could not fly, had to stay permanently in the wintering grounds, where she and another wounded swan fell in love, then started to breed and rear their young.
　　However, Meixia lost her husband and one child sequentially in five months, the single mother suffered deeply from her family lost and life bristled with difficulties for her unexpectedly. At the end of autumn, the wintering ground in the Yellow River Basin is crowded with other swans which means Meixia’s territory is facing challenge.
　　Next year spring, swans are flying back to their breeding grounds. When facing migration, what will be the destiny of her six children?"

　　位于东京人来人往街道的老牌拉麵店备前亭，四十年的岁月提供无数东京饕客身心灵的满足与慰藉。这裡不仅提供美好的餐点，也是许多寂寞人聚集的所在。有人在这裡找到童年的味道，有人在此处遇到终身的伴侣，有人在这小小的空间得到无比温暖的陪伴与鼓励。灯火通明的小店，在植田老闆夫妇的热情款待下，彷彿成了都市寂寞人的重要归宿。从冈山来到东京，透过看书自学，到成为独当一面撑起一间拉麵店的老闆，多年来，植田正基与妻子和子守著小小的店面，除了研发出独门酱油、盐味、辣味噌口味的拉麵，随著四季更迭，植田老闆也利用休假日，跟著老顾客们一同走进日本各地田野，亲手摘取新鲜当季食材，不仅将这些食材与拉麵完美结合，也端出了以现採春笋煮成的竹笋饭、夏季的比目鱼生鱼片、秋天的山药泥拌饭、冬日加上年糕的招牌拉麵等别具巧思的时节料理，让顾客透过味蕾，感受四季的美好光景。

　　《四季拉麵物语》以位在东京饭田桥的老牌拉麵店“备前亭”为主角，这间日式风味十足的小店，店面不大、没有华丽的装潢，主要员工只有老闆植田正基和其妻子和子。超过四十年的开店岁月，夫妻二人一大清早便开始备料、熬煮汤头，然后准备等待客人上门。这一切看似平凡到不能再平凡的日常，在美国导演约翰达斯巴哈的镜头记录下，却显得格外兴味十足。特别是镜头跟著植田老闆每一个俐落的动作，聚焦他每一个认真专注的眼神，每个细节都让人实实在在地感受到日本职人“一辈子就做好一件事”的敬业精神。面对这样的文化洗礼，导演约翰达斯巴哈表示，自己第一次拜访便深深被这间小店的气氛迷住了，在这裡能感受到时光倒流，回到了昭和时代的日本，那存在于小津安二郎、黑泽明经典电影中的复古情怀，彷彿被活生生重现在现实生活中，而整个空间陈设，搭配上众人一边喧闹一边大口吃拉麵的模样，也让人联想到伊丹十三的《蒲公英》。导演约翰达斯巴哈表示：“我希望透过这部电影，让观众就算无法立刻亲口品嚐备前亭拉麵的滋味，也能体验到我所感受的美好！”
　　东京饕客的心灵避风港，拥抱四季的幸福滋味
　　全片除了深度访问植田老闆夫妇，听他们谈起年轻时因缘际会的相识、相恋、结婚、失意、浪子回头、成功创业等往事；也找来了多位被植田老闆征服味蕾的饕客现身说法。毕竟，身处在全日本最热闹的东京，随处可见比备前亭更奢华、更新颖、口味更多元的拉麵店，那究竟是什麽，让他们多年来始终对这小小的店面流连忘返呢？这群忠实老饕中，有退休人士、忙碌上班族、独居OL、知名独立乐团乐手、外国留学生，走进备前亭的他们，彷彿回到舒适的家。植田老闆总是记得每个人的名字和喜欢吃的餐点，每当他们毫无防备地说起工作的烦恼、人生的瓶颈，植田老闆总是一边煮麵，一边给予真诚的陪伴，让他们从身到心都温暖了起来。到了假日店休，植田老闆更会相揪这群常客们一起上山下海，春天挖竹笋、夏天採梨子、秋天掘山药、冬天捣麻糬，甚至还会跑到千叶海岸附近钓比目鱼。而跟著他们一行人纪录一切的导演约翰也笑称，拍摄期间自己也是不断被植田老闆喂食，拍完整部电影，彷彿尝尽了四季的美好滋味。

　　At the time of the Polish social regime, a security officer is promoted to work at a prison yard. Introducing concurrently with the narrator; he speaks of himself, his thoughts, his point of view. He tells that he is not afraid of bandits or gangs; on the contrary he gets a kick out armed conflicts. To get a start in his new duty, he shops for a watchdog; and he buys an untrained attack dog as his companion. Then he speaks of the adjudications that the death sentence for fugitives is lacking influence. From his point of view, the judicatory tribunal must execute the fugitives in public. In the morning the next day he wears his uniform and start working with pride.
　　Whilst he is on his duty, a very harmonic music score begins to be played on the piano. The watchman spectates the peaceful life on the street. At that time we catch on that socialism is not a governmental regime; yet it's an uneducated behavior.
　　As a final scene the watchman witnesses of a cadet school's pupils being taught of the democracy. He leaves us with a confused smile.
