　　Fiona Wallice（Lisa Kudrow，《老友记》中的Phoebe）从金融业辞职后，自己开办了一家心理诊所，但生意并不景气，冗长的疗程也让她心生厌倦。于是Fiona动起了“网络治疗”的念头，在自己家中通过摄像头为客户“答疑解惑”。可没想到的是，这虚拟世界的谈话却成了客户心中的梦魇。
　　《网疗记》是Lisa Kudrow几年前开始运作的一部网络短剧，以每集5分钟的形式在网络播出。如今Showtime买下版权，制作为每集30分钟的喜剧。除了Fiona Wallice这一固定角色外，客串各位病人/客户的均是影视圈内颇有名气演员，令人期待。
　　Showtime宣布续订《Web Therapy》第二季，令该剧成为「网络剧变电视剧」的又一个成功典型。

　　《探长薇拉》第十一季共六集，因疫情影响本季播出时间跨度较大，其中前两集于2021年播出，第三四集于2022年播出，最后两集于2023年播出。
