　　还未开播的Apple TV+原创剧集《狄金森》正式续订第二季。

　　该剧是根据埃莉诺·卡顿的同名小说改编的，设定在19世纪新西兰的一个小镇，12个人聚在一起讨论最近发生的离奇事件，每个人都讲述了自己所知的片面信息，结合在一起，构成了一个交织着联合与背叛、秘密与谎言的复杂故事，如同罗生门一般真假难辨。

　　故事紧接着上一季，通过一场精心策划的大爆炸，沃尔特（布莱恩·科兰斯顿 Bryan Cranston 饰）终于除掉了长久以来的威胁古斯塔沃（吉安卡洛·埃斯珀西多 Giancarlo Esposito 饰），也将古斯塔沃一手建立的毒品帝国连根拔起。然而，“事业”上的成功并没有为沃尔特带来太多的快乐，因为他和妻子斯凯勒（安娜·古恩 Anna Gunn 饰）之间的关系再次跌落到了冰点。

　　本剧根据Philipp Meyer的书改编，由Meyer、Lee Shipman和Brian McGreevy执笔编剧，通过一个德州家族几代人的传奇兴衰的血泪史展现了美国成为一个超级大国的诞生过程。
　　Pierce Brosnan饰演Eli，是McCullough家族如神一般存在的元老。他小的时候曾被绑架，在印第安人的科曼奇族部落被抚养长大，因此他也把科曼奇族 残暴的世界观用在了他的商业事务中。他出生在得克萨斯州宣布独立成为共和国的那一天，所以又被人叫做“德州长子”；可以说他是野性西部的“遗物”，不满德州不可阻挡的被驯化的过程，同时也对自己遗产的未来忧心忡忡。

　　《谋杀》第二次假死了。Netflix宣布预定《谋杀》第四季暨完结季，以限定剧集形式播映。该剧于2011年由福斯电视工作室（Fox TV Studios）制作，AMC播映。
　　基调哀肃的《谋杀》由米瑞伊诺斯（Mireille Enos）、乔尔金纳曼（Joel Kinnaman）联袂主演，讲述了两位西雅图警探卷入谋杀案件的故事。该剧翻拍自丹麦影集《谋杀拼图》（Forbrydelsen）。魏娜.莎德将回归继续担纲制作人。
　　2012年，《谋杀》在播映完第二季后被AMC砍掉。不过，在Netflix与AMC就该剧第三季达成了制作费用共担和联播协议后，《谋杀》复活。然而，由于复活后的《谋杀》第三季收视依旧低迷，今年早些时候，AMC再度取消该剧。不过最近，福斯电视工作室、魏娜.莎德和她在WME的代表将《谋杀》一份六集完结篇剧本悄悄地呈给了Netflix，由于剧本足够抢眼，最终获得了Netflix的垂青，令该剧第三季的后续故事终于得以呈现。目前，《谋杀》前三季已经可以在Netflix点播。
　　Netflix强调此次复活后，《谋杀》将仅透过其国际网络向4000万订户播映。Netflix会沿袭其一贯做法将六集一次性放出，不过首播日期仍未敲定。

　　PBS宣布续订《桑迪顿》第二季&第三季。贾斯汀·杨(《天堂岛疑云》)担任首席编剧及执行制作人，查尔斯·斯特里奇(《故园风雨后》)担任总导演。该剧改编自简·奥斯汀创作的同名未完成小说，由罗斯·威廉姆斯、提奥·詹姆斯主演，讲述了年轻的乡村姑娘夏洛特遇到一个风趣幽默、劲头十足的男人希德尼，他试图把这个沉寂的小乡村变成度假胜地，村民们能否发财就看这个开发计划能否成功。

　　英剧《波尔达克》（Poldark）在第二季开播之前，获得BBC1的第三季续订。《波尔达克》由出演过《霍比特人》（The Hobbit）的爱尔兰男星艾丹·特纳（Aidan Turner）主演，情节改编自Winston Graham的同名小说，讲述一名士兵从战场归来时，才发现 祖宅被毁，未婚妻也嫁给别人的故事。这部作品曾于1970年代被搬上电视屏幕，并播出了29集。2013年，BBC宣布将翻拍这部作品，Debbie Horsfield出任编剧。新版剧集由Mammoth Screen制作，ITV Studios Global Entertainment负责国际发行。《波尔达克》第一季的最高收视率达到940万人次，这一数字包括了BBC1的直播收看，以及BBC iPlayer上回看的观众数。
