　　Homeowners from across America come to sell their properties, on the spot, to one of four real-estate tycoons including Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman, Corcoran Group CEO Pamela Liebman, NFL Linebacker Brandon Copeland, and investment property magnate Danisha Wrighster. Kelly Overton plays the titular character of the series, which was inspired by Zenescope Entertainment's graphic novel series Helsing. In December 2018, Syfy renewed the series for a 13-episode fourth season.

People of these cities offer insight into their experiences of their abuse of prescription drugs which eventually proved to be gateway substances to harder narcotics.
