　　Nick Fallin is a hotshot lawyer working at his father's ultrasuccessful Pittsburgh law firm. Unfortunately, the high life has gotten the meijubar.net best of Nick. Arrested for drug use, he's sentenced to do 1,500 hours of community service, somehow to be squeezed into his 24/7 cutthroat world of mergers, acquisitions and board meetings. Te am  captains Phil Jupitus and Bill Bailey (who replaced Sean Hughes in May 2002) are joined each week by different music stars. 　　NBC过去拿下电影《绝地战警2 Bad Boys II》角色Sydney “Syd” Burnett的个人衍生剧试映集《洛城战警 L.A.’s Finest》，但该项目最终没被预订。但是经过制片公司Sony Pictures电视部门的销售后，《洛城战警》以13集首季被有线台Spectrum收归旗下，预定美国时间5月13日首播。
　　在《绝地战警2》中饰演Syd一角的演员是Gabrielle Union，剧集版将由她继续演出。她是Marcus Burnett（Martin Lawrence饰）的妹妹，亦是美国缉毒局的卧底探员。另外在片中，Sydney与Mike Lowrey（Will Smith饰）是情侣。
　　《洛城战警》里Syd成了洛杉矶警局的警探，原本可以扔下过去，享受生活的她却可能因为新拍档Nancy McKenna而令事情变得复杂。在2000-02年主演过《末世黑天使 Dark Angel》的Jessica Alba将饰演Nancy McKenna，Nancy高中后参加了陆军，在伊拉克及阿富汗待了10年之久；回国后她当上了警探，与丈夫一同抚养两个前青少年期的继子。

　　《风骚律师》宣布续订第4季，长时间谈判后终于等来这消息了。根据该剧状况是不愁续订的，毕竟是AMC收视第三(次于《行尸走肉》《行尸之惧》)，但此前主创Vince Gilligan和Peter Gould与AMC就很多问题在谈判，有不确定因素。
