　　FX于日前正式放行由《宿敌》和《清道夫》编剧Gina Welch执笔的六集限定剧《斯特林韵事》（The Sterling Affairs），并邀请到了《喜新不厌旧》和《汉尼拔》的Laurence Fishburne以及凭借《动物王国》、《乌云背后的幸福线》两度提名的Jacki Weaver领衔主演。
　　故事将以洛杉矶快船队曾经的老板Donald Sterling展开，他在1981年以1250万美元买下这支队伍，但成绩一直未有起色；真正让Donald“为人熟知”的，便是2014年爆发的种族歧视丑闻。在2013年9月与拉丁裔女友争执的过程中，因为不满女友上传了和Magic Johnson的合照，他大放厥词，表示自己“养着黑人，给他们薪水，他们的一切都是我赐予的“；在对话被公开后，这则新闻造成轰动，并且引发抗议。最终Donald被终身竞赛，并被联盟罚款250万美元；而他也被快船队驱除，其后球队易手他人。这之外，Donald还有数段婚外情，和自己的妻子Shelly Sterling展开了接近六十年的拉锯，并最终寻求离婚。
　　此次Jacki将饰演Shelly，而Laurence则会饰演快船队的另一个关键人物- -于1991年加盟并助其闯进季后赛，接着于2013年至2020年执教的Doc Rivers，在种族丑闻的阴影下，Doc继续带领队伍完成了自己的合约。

Based on Tamara Trottner’s debut novel of the same name, the series is a gritty story inspired by Trottner’s own life. Set against the historical backdrop of 1960s Mexico, the plot revolves around a Jewish mother in relentless pursuit of her family amid a conflict between two powerful families of the same religion. The narrative kicks off in 1964, the year Valeria returns home one morning to find her house perfectly organized, but her daughter and son missing.

　　Marci Maven is accused of negligent homicide because her neighbor claims that her dog killed his wife. But she claims her dog died a few days ago.
