The Clash began as rebellious punks eager to combine their influences: Simonon leaned towards reggae, and Jones leaned toward harder-edged British rock, while Strummer favored American R&B. Despite various fights and conflicts, The Clash emerged as "the only band that mattered," a punk rock band which ventured beyond punk to create a unique and unforgettable sound. 　　弗吉尼亚·伍尔夫在1928年创作的《奥兰多》，是世界上第一部主角在故事中途转换性别的小说。在一个世纪之后，跨性别作家同时也是哲学家、活动家的保罗·B·普雷西亚多（Paul B. Preciado），决定寄给伍尔夫一封影像信，告诉她她笔下的角色已经走进现实，奥兰多已经遍布世界各地。
　　普雷西亚多发起了一个试镜活动，召集到了26名8至70岁的当代跨性别与非二元性别人士来扮演奥兰多这个角色。他通过这些真实的声音、著作、理论和影像，重构了自己变性经历的各个阶段。他说，每个奥兰多，都是一个要每天冒着生命危险去生存的跨性别者，因为他们发现自己被迫要去对抗法律、历史和精神病学，还有传统的家庭观念和跨国制药公司的力量。但如果“男性”和“女性”归根结底都是政治和社会的虚构产物，那么这种转变就不再仅关乎性别，也关乎诗歌、爱与肤色。

This intimate film follows Yuguo’s own teenage romanticism and adventurous spirit as he travels to Bacau in Romania to begin a study abroad programme. Yuguo’s sincerity and open heartedness is infectious and hard for the people of Bacau to resist. Across just 80 days, we share the beautiful adventure of Yuguo’s journey, and witness the profound impact one person can have in the lives of others.
