　　改编自作家Zezeho的同名小说，讲述了濒临死亡边缘的少女KliaoKliuen被神秘女子所救，多年后再次与神秘女子相遇，才知她的名字叫Karan，是医院的心脏外科医生，然而Karan却否认相救之事，为了解开谜团，二人的爱情故事由此展开。
