病院惊魂

　　The sixteenth installment of the Shake, Rattle & Roll film series after a 9-year hiatus since the fifteenth film. Neglected and addicted to gadgets, 6-year-old Lyka befriends a malevolent entity from a defunct children’s show, causing deadly events at home. A group of influencers and content creators gather for a collab in a luxurious mansion. A bunch of thrill-seekers go on a trip to watch a meteor shower.

自从香港电影《暂时停止呼吸》上映后，台湾也掀起一阵跟拍僵尸片的风潮。本系列相异于香港电影塑造的人物与情节，特别加许多童星饰演人物角色，藉以缓和僵尸的恐怖气氛，并存在着有如僵尸克星二佰伍之角色的独特法则，使之观看起来格外有别与其他的僵尸电影风味。然而，本系列在日本上映时，更是因故事和人物有着相互贯串的关系，童星以及刘致妤可爱的演出，压倒性的比以林正英为主的僵尸系列电影还要受到欢迎！甚至，还促成富士电视台出资商请金格影艺有限公司拍摄僵尸电视系列剧《来来僵尸》。

　　由于热播电视剧即将取消，六位演员决定自己动手拍摄自己主演的恐怖片，却无意中召唤了一个热爱暴力的鬼魂。

　　"Wild in the Streets" comes from the same school of film making that spawned other attempts to connect to the counterculture such as "Skidoo" and "Candy". The difference between this and the aforementioned films is that "Wild in the Streets" is reasonably clever and well-made. It isn't sympathetic to the counterculture and will likely offend those with fond memories of the time. Surprisingly, it was a big hit when released and appealed to the youth whom it ridiculed so much. Unlike "The Trip" and "Psych-Out" (two other AIP films), its not an accurate representation of the movement at all. However it does work as social satire.
　　The direction by Barry Shear is good and makes innovative use of split screen photography. Plus, he keeps everything moving at a quick pace. In its funny moments, the film works well. In its attempts at drama, its helplessly dated and just as funny as the humorous moments. Christopher Jones underplays his role and Shelly Winters overacts. Hal Holbrook offers the best performance and Diane Varsi achieves the right note of "grooviness". The script by Robert Thom has its moments, especially the ending (easily the most ingenious part of the film). "Wild in the Streets" isn't perfect, but deserves recognition as an interesting misunderstanding of the hallucination generation. Those into this kind of kitsch will enjoy it the most. I'd rather watch "The Trip" or "Psych-Out" however. (6/10)

　　Nala, a 13-year-old girl from the city, travels with her family to her grandmother's home in the countryside, to try to find a cure for her little sister's mysterious illness - But she'll soon find her granny is not exactly what she seems.

　　1964年Mississippi（密西西比，我的印象中一直不太好，名字都那么怪）的Nioba，一个非常黑暗的夜晚，Eli MacCleary和Caroline夫妇的车子在路上抛了锚，Eli独自前往找救援，留下Caroline在车上，他回来时发现太太倒在路边的树林里，她被强奸了。不久，Caroline怀孕生下儿子Michael。
　　转眼十七年过去了，如今的Michael得了一种怪病，肿瘤压迫脑垂体使他经常发狂，不能自制，还有他那特殊的化学反应机制，这些都被医生认为是遗传病，但Eli和Caroline知道儿子不是他们的，为了找到真正的原因，他们又回到那个他们不愿提起的地方——Nioba，也从此揭开一个陈年的惊世奇案（或许叫做“奇冤”吧！）。原来，强奸Caroline的是Billy Connors，他与另一名在当地臭名昭著的Lionel Curwin的妻子通奸，被Lionel所在地窖里，饿极之下已失去理智，但Lionel有时会从表兄弟那里拿一些人的尸体回来喂他。后来，Lionel却不知被什么给撕碎吃掉了一部分，房子也给烧了，并成了墓地。知情的只有家族里的少数几人。在那个夜晚，Billy把仇恨种在了Caroline的身上。如今的Michael夜晚会四处寻找当年与Lionel有关的人，并把他们杀了，这种仇恨太可怕了·，一切已经不受控制……。
　　影评：
　　一部精神病和基因变异的的电影，故事讲得比较好，从科学理论上好像有点依据，只是时间上讲不过去。因为背景在密西西比的沼泽，使影片的气氛比较阴暗，但娱乐元素很丰富。电影里一直留有一个疑团到最后才揭晓，那就是Connors和Curwin家的那段仇恨的原因，可惜被我不小心在剧情里透露了出来。Ronny Cox曾在我们熟悉的《铁甲威龙》里饰演反面角色。总的来说，题材上是一部比较成功的B级制作电影。信鬼神的可认为是Michael被附了身，信科学的则......。

　　The lady is Mrs. Hilyard, a wealthy poetess who lives in a three-story city mansion and her cage is her elevator, which stops a dozen feet short of the main floor due to an electrical failure on a July 4th weekend. She rings her outside alarm, eventually noticed by a drunken derelict, who breaks into the house, ignores her plight and helps himself to various items and alcohol. He leaves with his loot but returns a while later with a plump prostitute and three teenage hoodlums, who proceed to terrorize Mrs. Hilyard as they wreck her home.

　　弗兰克（乔·斯皮内尔 Joe Spinell 饰）和母亲过着相依为命的生活，虽然母亲常常虐待他，但弗兰克对母亲还是有着深深的依恋。在一场意外中，母亲不幸丧生，痛不欲生的弗兰克常年压抑的扭曲性格终于爆发了，他将自己的悲伤和愤怒都发泄在了杀戮之中。
　　弗兰克常常诱拐无知的年轻女性回家，杀死她们，并且残忍的损坏她们的尸体，这种种行动能够让弗兰克发泄心中的压力，修复回忆的伤痛。一天，弗兰克邂逅了名为安娜（卡罗琳·莫罗 Caroline Munro 饰）的女子，很显然，他选择安娜成为了自己的下一个目标。弗兰克对安娜展开了火热的攻势，而安娜很快就就范了。
