LINE TV原创全新真人秀探索节目《极岛森林》以“透过真人实境秀慢综艺的优质内容，来传达地球的心声”为宗旨，规划一个月的生态之旅。陈柏霖受邀担任节目的灵魂人物，将带领好友解锁各地神秘传说，他希望保有初见时的美好，录影前未做特别的准备，甚至连行程都没过问，“想直接去认识与感受这次没有设计过的相遇。” 《极岛森林》为新型态探索类节目，由陈柏霖深入中国台湾的森林与村庄部落，体验野外扎营，与在地居民相互协作，并透过线索寻找大地的医生，亲手还原土地面貌。
