　　重启版讲述Amerie成了哈特利高中的贱民，还和自己的死党Harper公开闹翻了。在新朋友Quinni和Darren的帮助下，Amerie必须修复自己的名誉，一路上还得找到正确的方法去面对爱、性和心碎。
　　原剧是1993年澳大利亚电影《伤心小孩 The Heartbreak Kid》的衍生剧，讲述一群青少年在高中的成长故事，探讨青春期、浪漫关系、种族歧视、毒品、无家可归、青少年犯罪、宗教、教育和家庭等话题。1994年至1999年播出，共7季210集，一开始在Network Ten，后移至澳大利亚ABC。

　　改编自作家Zezeho的同名小说，讲述了濒临死亡边缘的少女KliaoKliuen被神秘女子所救，多年后再次与神秘女子相遇，才知她的名字叫Karan，是医院的心脏外科医生，然而Karan却否认相救之事，为了解开谜团，二人的爱情故事由此展开。
