　　《错位青春第四季》是由ABC Family出品，讲述的是两个年轻女孩的故事。她们偶然发现她们在医院出生时被意外掉包了。Bay Kennish成长在一个富裕的家庭，双亲健在，还有一个哥哥。然而Daphne Vasquez却在幼年时因为脑膜炎就失去了听力， 和母亲相依为命，在一个工人阶级水平的住宅区长大。当两个家庭相遇，并为了两个女孩的利益考虑而努力寻找相处之道的时候，一切都开始变得戏剧化起来。
