　　影片藉由一场突如其来的“穿越”展开，现代人郑辉回到过去，遇见年轻时候的父亲。带着父亲修脚工身份的羞耻及现代社会浮躁的气息，让他对这个单纯朴实的年代有些“水土不服”。跨时代人之间的观念冲突也惹出了许多感动与笑料。郑辉和90年代父亲的慢时光之间相互连接，在参与了年轻时父母经历的种种后，让郑辉对于经历了时代变迁的普通人身上仍存的平凡而伟大的梦想有了更深层次的思考，开始走进父亲内心，真正去理解……

　　The sixteenth instalment in the Tora-san series. The seventeen-year-old girl Junko (Sakurada Junko) comes to Tora-san"s house, claiming that Tora-san is her father! Junko has mistaken him as her father because he has always sent money to Junko"s mother, thanking her for her hospitality when he was very desperate in Yamagata about ten years ago. When Junko tells him that her mother has passed away a year ago, he is crushed and determined to visit her mother"s grave... When Tora-san comes back, an archeology student Reiko (Kashiyama Fumie) comes to rent the place, and he takes this opportunity to pursue learning, and love. However, her teacher Keiji is also there, which makes it difficult for Tora-san.

　　“二战”时期，盟军要实施安奇奥登陆计划，迫于对一门叫安奇奥大炮的超级武器的忌惮，要派两个精锐特工去摧毁这门大炮，结果两个傻逼被派了去，最后经过一连串搞笑事件，阴差阳错的最后完成了任务。
　　片段一：德国人在北非布置了一个陷阱，准备了一幅假的防御工事地图让这二个士兵带回去。他们却阴差阳错的拿走了真的地图，最终赢得了战役。
　　片段二：他们化装成管道工潜入德军在意大利的司令部，给他们卫生间的管道修得乱七八糟，把将军淋了个落汤鸡。将军去换衣服，拉开抽屉发现一套新的军服，于是洗头洗脸准备换上新军服的时候闭着眼把脸盆里的脏水倒进抽屉里了（柜子旁边有一个废水桶）。那个将军是最主要的一个配角，很有意思。到影片结束前1分钟，都没有一句台词。最后说了一句“谢谢”。
　　片段三：德军有一门超级大炮俯视着联军将要登陆的海滩。这二个士兵居然化装成希特勒和随从，去视察大炮，把大炮炸掉了。
　　In May 1943, two American soldiers, Joe and Frank, of Italian descent are searching the North African desert for a German general called Von Kassler, when they are captured by Von Kassler aide Inge Schultze who lets them escape with fake war plans, only Joe and Frank steal the real war plans which pave way for the Allied victory. 　　其貌不扬的朝男（邓肯饰），毫无女人缘，他从早到晚想的就是和女人做爱。他认为只要有车就会有女人投怀送抱，艳遇不断，但是根本没人搭理他。他卖掉爷爷的肝和肾脏，换买了一辆敞篷车，之后又是想着飞机头等舱，意图打劫银行，或者是去当演员，但都没有能过成功，他的尝试一次又一次的以闹剧和失败收场。
　　最后他想着变成别人看不见的隐形人，这样就可以肆无忌惮堤接近女人。在科学家（北野武饰）发明的机器帮助之下，他真的变成了隐形人，这次朝男能成功了吗？

　　Anna is stuck: she's approaching 30, living like a hermit in her mum's garden shed and wondering why the suffragettes ever bothered. She spends her days making videos using her thumbs as actors - thumbs that bicker about things like whether Yogi Bear is a moral or existential nihilist. But Anna doesn't show these videos to anyone and no one knows what they are for. A week before her birthday her Mum serves her an ultimatum - she needs to move out of the shed, get a haircut that doesn't put her gender in question and stop dressing like a homeless teenager. Naturally, Anna tells her Mum to "back the f-off". However, when her school friend comes to visit, Anna's self-imposed isolation becomes impossible to maintain. Soon she is entangled with a troubled eight year old boy obsessed with Westerns, and the local estate agent whose awkward interpersonal skills continually undermine his attempts to seduce her.
