　　新加坡女警于莉和母亲前往老家海南寻找失散的姐姐，因为警察的正义感，与中国警察毛向红认识。虽然没有能够找到自己的姐姐，却也在海南认识了电影大亨马日天。回到新加坡，又多次与马日天有了接触。毛向红因为人蛇案件停留新加坡，和于莉从冤家变成姐妹，更放下两家恩怨，共同破获毒品交易案，但于莉和毛向红却不知道更大的阴谋正在她们的身边展开……
