　　This is an adaptation of E. Lockhart’s best-selling young adult novel of the same name.
　　The series focuses on the theme of the results of one’s mistakes and revolves around the affluent and seemingly perfect Sinclairs, who enjoy spending every summer gathering on their secret island. However, something strange happens to one of the members of the family, Cadence, in the summer of her 15th year. Two years later, she and the three other “Liars” Johnny, Mirren, and Gat re-emerge to stir Cadence to recall the incident. “A tragic love story and an amnesia thriller set on a privately owned island off the coast of Massachusetts,” the logline further elaborates.

Set and filmed in Liverpool, This City is Ours is the story of Michael, a man who for all of his adult life has been involved in organised crime, working for his friend and the gang leader Ronnie. When Ronnie begins to hint at retirement, Michael too begins to imagine another life. Because, for the first time in his life, Michael is in love. For the first time in his life, he sees beyond the day-to-day, he sees a future: something to win and something to lose - Diana.                                    
                               　　This City is Ours is the story of Michael and Diana's love affair, set against the disintegration of Michael’s crime gang. For years, together with Ronnie, Michael has successfully been bringing cocaine into the City and beyond, directly from Columbia; but when a shipment goes missing, he knows their Kingdom is under attack.                                    
                               　　This City is Ours explores what happens when Ronnie’s son Jamie decides he wants to inherit their kingdom and that there is no longer a place for Michael at the table. Both Michael and Jamie have bold ideas to modernise the gang and they will battle for control of it. 　　在前一季里面，为了摆脱仇杀，杰克（基弗·萨瑟兰 Kiefer Sutherland 饰）利用计谋脱离，隐姓埋名过着普通的生活。然而，随着前总统大卫·鲍尔默（丹尼斯·海斯伯特 Dennis Haysbert 饰），前同事米歇尔（蕾可·艾尔丝沃斯 Reiko Aylesworth 饰）和托尼（ 卡洛斯·博纳德 Carlos Bernard 饰）相继被杀，最后一位知道杰克还活着的同事克洛伊（玛丽·莱恩·莱杰斯库 Mary Lynn Rajskub 饰）也受到了死亡威胁。不得已，克洛伊拨通了杰克的电话，想找他寻求帮助。而在克洛伊和杰克见面时，杀手出现，杰克最终以不凡的伸手抓住了追杀他们的人。并从其口中逼问出，原来刺杀前总统是他们的主要任务，其他目标只是为了能将调查的矛头指向杰克，让杰克成为这次刺杀任务的替罪羊。杀掉前总统，目的也是为了灭口，不想前总统公布某些事情。那前总统到底想说什么呢？杰克不得不抛弃目前的平淡生活，再次卷入一场惊天阴谋中。

　　在上一季结尾，原分子病毒已经接管了爱神星并威胁到整个太阳系的安全。此刻，一个更大的控制原分子病毒的阴谋被进一步揭开。与此同时，联合国副秘书长Avasarala和火星军人Bobbie Draper正试图说出真相，阻止一场地球和火星之间的战争。而第谷空间站首领Johnson欲借此机会与地球和火星平起平坐。但是...神秘的生物已经脱离了控制...

　　USA热门剧《妙贼警探》放出了第2季首支宣传片。这部最令人期待的剧集得到了诸如“时髦的”、“完美的”、“有趣之极的”等评价。就像最后Peter的台词一样：“这可不算完。”是的，这才是《妙贼警探》夏季攻势的开始。
　　而第2季除了更多Neal和Peter的对手戏外，Mozzie身上也将发生点儿“浪漫的事”：曾经出演过《数字追凶》，饰演和 Larry教授交往的女警察Megan Reeves的女演员戴安·法尔将客串《妙贼警探》，饰演 Mozzie暗恋的女招待Gina De Stefano。她的戏份将在出现在第2季初，Gina身陷麻烦之中，很需要人的帮助。而Mozzie的骑士精神当然会用在他心仪的女士身上。
