《猎犬家族》是一部充满家族阴谋的电视剧，剧中人物性格复杂，对话充满讽刺意味。故事围绕着“索马里瓦”家族成员展开：为了挽救家族企业、维持生活水平又或者说维持一些情感联系，他们被迫在焦虑的旋涡中无休止地挣扎，试图维持对生活的掌控。

Written and presented by historian Michael Wood, BBC Two’s new landmark documentary series The Story Of China (6x60) explores the history of the world’s oldest continuous state, from the ancient past to the present day.

《中华的故事》耗费三年时间拍摄制作，讲述从夏商周到改革开放的中国，跨越4000年历史，涵盖各个时期历史事件，并展示中国无与伦比的艺术成就，包括书法、绘画、玉器、丝绸、陶瓷、漆器和青铜器等，还有令人叹为观止的园林艺术和古代科学技术。
每一集的旅途都会由当地人或某个领域的专家相伴，乘火车，乘船，重走丝绸之路，游大运河，拜访佛教胜地。所到之处，主持人迈克尔·伍德与当地人互动交流，将普通人物故事介绍与大历史事件相结合。

　　波士顿西郊“全美最安全城市”牛顿，劳丽和安迪·巴伯原本平静祥和的家庭生活，因为爱子雅各布被控谋杀同学而从此陷入一片混乱。
