　　《原初系列》在1966年9月8日于美国全国广播公司（NBC）首播，吉恩•罗登贝瑞制作，威廉•薛特纳（William Shatner）、李奥纳德•尼摩伊（Leonard Nimoy）、以及德佛瑞斯特•凯利（DeForest Kelley）所主演。它是一个描述一艘隶属于星际联邦（the United Federation of Planets）的星舰进取号（Enterprise，又译为企业号/奋进号）上的航员以及他们“勇敢地航向前人所未至的领域”（To boldly go where no one has gone before）的冒险故事。在一开始它并不成功，收视率低而且广告收入也不理想。然而，当这个节目第二季隐约出现了停播的恶兆时，忠实影迷们展开了一场前所未有的争取运动，说服美国全国广播公司继续制作第三季。最後一集于1969年6月3日首播。该电视系列剧在日後各台重播中受到惊人的欢迎。
　　为了将这第一个系列与日後其他系列作一个区分，这个系列在西方被称为Star Trek: The Original Series（星际旅行：原初系列，在台湾使用《星际争霸战》这个名称﹐在七十年代的香港译为《星空奇遇记》），缩写为ST:TOS或TOS。
　　也就是最早的ST，为了和后来的剧集区别开国外Fans在其名称后加了The Original Series，所以简称TOS，一共三季，开创了历史的经典之作，电影版的1-6可以看作TOS的延续，电视剧版原班人马。

　　本剧改编自Len Deighton的同名间谍小说。Joe Cole饰演男主Harry Palmer，背景在60年代冷战时期，主角原本因故可能要入狱，但因为他当间谍的潜力被发挖出来，以及在柏林拥有人脉，故此他被迫进行危险的任务。

People of these cities offer insight into their experiences of their abuse of prescription drugs which eventually proved to be gateway substances to harder narcotics.

　　Alan的儿子Jake，胖胖的很可爱，虽然年纪小小，也有点好色，无论多少东西都吃得下。大智若愚的性格，让他成为本剧的一大亮点，一点不输给两个成年的男主角。和蜡笔小新有得拼。
　　几个黄金配角同样不可忽视，让兄弟两个对女人产生阴影的魔鬼老妈，刻薄的前妻，拽得要死的清洁女佣，还有和Charlie共渡一夜之后就跟踪了他两三年的邻居Rose。
　　故事就在这三个主角和他们周围的女人中发生,很多的客串嘉宾哦，有Sing in the rain里面的女演员，绝望主妇苏珊，Charlie生活中的妻子，Charlie的爸爸老戏骨Martin Sheen...众多名人美女穿梭其间。
