　　私立晨光学院町田高中，群体作弊事件严重，校园暴力引发胡搅蛮缠的家长与教师的连锁冲突，体育教师柴原彻郎（山田孝之 饰）和美术教师久米刚毅（平岳大 饰）的不端行为又令这一神圣职业蒙羞。在这片无序的混乱中，二年4班班主任莲实圣司（伊藤英明 饰）继续他那完美纯然的教师神话。举止优雅，谦和可亲，天使一般的外表下竟是一颗冷冰冰的恶魔之心。他潜心经营，布下一个又一个不易察觉的圈套，悄无声息抹除那些威胁他存在的人们。物理教师钓井（吹越满 饰）暗中调查莲实的过去和背景，并与他的学生圭介（染谷将太 饰）等人尝试揭穿莲实的真面目，此举全引来连番血腥杀戮。充满欢乐的校园祭前夜，血流成河……
　　本片根据作家贵志祐介的同名原著改编。

　　史蒂芬（科林·法瑞尔 饰）是名优秀的心脏科权威，和同为医生的太太安娜（妮可·基德曼 饰）育有两个孩子，家庭十分富裕美满，史蒂芬最近和一名十六岁的少年马丁成为好友，两人无话不谈，十分亲近宛如父子，也时常邀请他来家裡作客，希望常常看起来有心事的马丁能跟孩子们成为朋友，让他打起精神来。然而，理当和睦的日常生活，却因为马丁的走入而产生变卦，一连串怪事和找不出病因的疾病接连发生，一股说不出的诡谲及恐惧开始笼罩着这一家，究竟马丁的真面目是什么？史蒂芬该如何挽救这逐渐被侵蚀的家庭生活？

　　导演黎妙雪180度大变，由拍问题少女到痴恋少女后，转向惊悚血腥之作。一间于大澳的度假屋，住了不少年青人，当中有小说家、悠手好闲的小混混等等。一日一男子从九龙到了那儿度假，及后发生多多怪事……

　　潘金莲（朱可儿 饰）时候，因为对前世的感情放不下，所以一直在阴间徘徊，迟迟不能转世投胎，在一次企图逃跑的时候被钟馗捉住，为了惩罚潘金莲，钟馗给了她十日的期限，让她重返人间自断执念，否则就要她魂飞魄散，哪知道在误打误撞之中，潘金莲竟然附身在了一个充气娃娃的身上，被名为武志（王波文 饰）的男子买回了家。
　　单纯善良的武志让潘金莲再度相信了人间有真爱，在帮助武志追求心仪的女神的同时，潘金莲渐渐爱上了他，而武志也最终明白谁才是最值得托付终身的人，两人最终心意相通，但是，十日的大限将到，留给他们的时间不多了。

　　因某种原因，17岁的男孩丹恩·汤姆森（克里斯·凯利 Chris J. Kelly 饰）随着母亲苏珊（泰瑞·波罗 Teri Polo 饰）和弟弟卢卡斯（内森·甘宝 Nathan Gamble 饰）搬离喧嚣的布鲁克林，来到一座幽静小镇居住。虽然离开了朋友们，小镇生活也有些枯燥，好在邻居的女孩茱莉·坎贝尔（海莉·贝内特 Haley Bennett 饰）性感魅力，丹恩烦躁的心稍显平静。某天，兄弟俩打闹时无意间在杂物间发现一个深不见底的洞穴。
　　此后不久，卢卡斯和与兄弟俩熟捻的茱莉相继遭遇奇怪恐怖的事情，他们更在光天化日下看见一个双眼流血的小女孩。三人开始有意识地探究这幢房子和黑洞的过去，由此也唤醒了沉睡已久的恐怖……

　　Three illegal drug dealers launched out on a voyage in a homemade submarine. The submarine worked well initially, but it started to malfunction. In attempting to reduce the weight somehow, they were investigating the cargo section when they discovered a young female, Reina, hidden there, and she looked appalling. As the situation gets worse, the tensions among the three men are heightened, and in the midst of this, Reina attempts to escape, but she has nowhere to go in the endless open sea.
　　With an unusual setting of the submarine, where nothing can be seen other than the horizon, Submersible captures the tension of the conflicts between the characters and their struggle for survival, while the submarine environment itself arouses extreme claustrophobia and anxiety. The top star from Columbia, Natalia Reyes, who attracted the worldwide film industry’s attention with Ciro Guerra’s Birds of Passage (2018), and made her Hollywood debut in Terminator: Dark Fate (2019), once again draws attention in her role as Reina. 　　故事发生在位于英国的一座小小村庄之内，女佣朵拉（梅尔·托特纳姆 Merle Tottenham 饰）和她的雇主布拉姆森夫人（梅·惠蒂 Dame May Whitty 饰）生活在一起，朵拉的男友丹尼（罗伯特·蒙哥马利 Robert Montgomery 饰）深得布拉姆森夫人的信赖，虽然夫人的侄女奥利维亚（罗莎琳德·拉塞尔 Rosalind Russell 饰）一直告诫姑母要多多提防这个年轻的小伙子，但布拉姆森夫人显然听不进去她的忠告。

　　故事取材自1981年轰动全美的真实谋杀案，凶手亚恩·夏安·约翰逊杀死房东后声称自己是被邪灵附体才会行凶，是美国历史上首个被告以「鬼上身」作抗辩理由的案例，因此称为「恶魔谋杀案」。
　　11岁男孩大卫被邪灵附体，陷入混沌状态，经常看见怪兽恶魔坐在他喜欢的摇椅上，而他身上更出现 离奇伤痕…受惊且束手无策的家人请来沃伦夫妇介入调查，他们发现大卫被43只恶魔缠身，使乖巧的他行为变得异常，例如像野兽般在地上爬行、胡言乱语甚至背诵他没有读过的圣经及《失乐园》章节…沃伦夫妇遂安排神父为大卫驱魔，可惜未见起色，而更诡异的事情接踵而来，大卫姐姐的未婚夫亚恩也开始行为异常，数月后，亚恩更以利刀刺死了房东。华伦夫妇认为亚恩行凶时被恶灵附身，原来大卫进行驱魔时，亚恩也在现场……

　　Stuart Gordon, considered a master of the horror genre thanks to classics like Re-Animator and Dagon, decides to do a different move in this strange trip to human morals.
　　
　　"King of the Ants" is about a regular guy, Sean Crawley(newcomer Chris McKenna), a man without any aspiration who just live in his apartment doing the necessary job to live to the next day. In one of his jobs he meets Duke(Gearge Wendt), who introduces Sean to his boss, Ray Matthews(played by Daniel Baldwin). Ray hires Sean as a spy, and orders him to follow Eric Gatlin(Roy Livingstone), an accountant who has been investigating Ray's company. Problems start when Ray, while drunk, orders Sean to kill Eric. And he does it. Things go wrong when Ray decides to make Sean disappear destroying his mind with violent punishment and humiliation.
　　
　　From the point where Sean kills Eric, we go in the same boat with him, as he goes through a downward spiral of human degradation, traveling from guilt, to confusion and finally to his rebirth, in a state where humanity, morals and values are not important anymore. Chris McKenna acting is very important because he manages to be likable even when he is part of gruesome acts, both as victim and/or criminal. He has that look of innocence that hides a dark side and he manages to carry the film.
　　
　　The support cast also includes Kari Wuhrer, as Eric's widow who also becomes a central part of Sean's trip to hell. She gives a fine performance, although it's obvious that Sean is the main character. He is the most developed of all and McKenna's performance is up to the challenge.
　　
　　The film has very disturbing images of violence, and while it may not be as graphic as "Kill Bill" for example, the strength of the violence is in the lack of humanity that the character manifest. He is more than an ant in this world. He is the king.
　　
　　Stuart Gordon has managed to create a film that, while maybe it's not one of his best efforts; it's very well done, has a VERY interesting story to tell, and manages to capture the attention every second of it.
