　　《星际迷航:下一代》(简称TNG)是《星际迷航》系列的第2部剧集，台湾翻译为《银河飞龙》，于1987-1994年共播出了7季。该剧讲述的是在24世纪，《星际迷航:原初系列》(简称TOS)的八十年后，Picard舰长率领企业号D继续探索太空的冒险故事。
　　每一集的开头都有这样一段话：「宇宙，人类最后的边疆，这是星舰企业号的旅程，它所持续的使命，是为了探索陌生的新世界，寻找新的生命及新的文明，勇敢地航向那前所未至的宇宙洪荒。」
　　这段话和「原初系列」的版本并没有太大的差别，为了更强调银河中有许多不同的人种，「man」也改成了用　one　代替，不光指地球人类。
　　由于电影第四集「抢救未来」最后出现了企业号A (NCC-1701-A)，「TNG」的企业号编号改为现在大家熟悉的 NCC-1701-D，一直到现在，只有企业号的编号是维持不变，后面再挂上字母的，这是企业号的特权，其它星舰在不同时代即使有重复的名称，也不会有相同的编号。
　　星舰企业号D的舰长是Jean-Luc Picard，副舰长是William Riker，制片人Gene Roddenberry希望由女性来担任安全官以表示未来男女平等，Tasha Yar的角色诞生，后来又加入两个女性角色，顾问 Deanna Troi和医官 Beverly Crusher，另外还有一个天才少年Wesley Crusher。为了纪念一位美国众所皆知于 1975 年过逝的眼盲星舰迷George La Forge，Gene Roddenberry创造出一个眼盲的角色－－ Geordi La Forge。接下来是一个生化人的角色－－ Data，他是企业号的科学官。 最后一个角色 Worf，作为一名克林贡人加入了星际联邦代表着昔日的敌人已成为今日的盟友，在冷战时代是个很有意义的角色。

　　NBC在TCA活动上宣布一口气续订医务剧《#医院革命# New Amsterdam》三季，使其起码播到22-23年度（第五季），同时他们宣布正研究为《医院革命》制作衍生剧。

　　在上一季的结尾，莱纳德（约翰尼·盖尔克奇 Johnny Galecki 饰）和佩妮（凯莉·库柯 Kaley Cuoco 饰）宣布订婚，他们和谢尔顿（吉姆·帕森斯 Jim Parsons 饰）商量让他搬出公寓，女友艾米建议谢尔顿与她同居，这把谢尔顿吓坏了。与此同时，他们最爱的漫画店惨遭火灾。谢尔顿一时间难以接受生活中的种种变故，负气出走。一个多月过去了，谢尔顿会在这场跨越美国大陆的旅程中遭遇什么？
　　在新的一季中，其他几位主角的生活也有新变化。佩妮放弃了演艺事业，正式踏入了药品推销之路，她与伯纳黛特将会成为同事。霍华德最烦恼的事是，自己的妈妈和漫画店老板斯图尔特住在一起。单身汉拉杰什何时才能找到女朋友？

　　风暴追逐者、幸存者和急救人员讲述了他们在火山、龙卷风、飓风和地震中的悲惨经历。

　　水手辛巴达是一个充满热情、勇敢无畏的年青人，他与仗义行侠的壮汉杜巴，精通魔法的妙龄女郎梅弗和费卢兹－－一位大智若愚的发明家，怀着相同的理想，展开了征服七海的奇异旅程……他们穿行于现实与幻想魔法盛行的世界，那里到处是怪兽毒虫、妖魔骷髅，其中邪恶之最当数图拉克和他的女儿，他们用尽方法去破坏、阻碍辛巴达的计划，妄图支配世界。辛巴达和他的伙伴们屡屡以机智把危险化解，终于，正义战胜了邪恶，辛巴达的传奇故事也永远留在了人间……

　　该剧描述了16世纪苏格兰女王玛丽·斯图亚特（Adelaide Kane）的故事——她出生六天后即位苏格兰女王。由于她的母亲是法国人，所以她的童年和少女时代大都在法国渡过。本剧称玛丽15岁才来到法国，百度百科的资料显示她于1548年5岁的时候被送到法国，在法国宫廷里度过了10年的童年时光。1558年，不满16岁的玛丽同法国王太子弗朗西斯（Toby Regbo）结婚。1559年弗朗西斯即位法国国王，但一年后便去世了。18岁的少女寡妇玛丽于1561年返回苏格兰亲政。因为信仰天主教，玛丽为苏格兰贵族和加尔文教徒所不满。1567年被废黜，次年逃入英格兰，一直被英格兰女王、她的表亲伊丽莎白软禁。1587年，玛丽被伊利莎白一世以谋反罪名押上断头台。
　　在本剧中，玛丽被描述成一个会骑马舞剑、充满叛逆精神的坚强少女。剧情保留了历史上的「四玛丽」（即四个和她相同年纪都叫玛丽的宫廷女侍，她们分别来自苏格兰四个显贵家族：Beaton、Seaton、 Fleming 、林斯顿）。在强敌、黑暗力量和性丑闻笼罩的法国宫廷里，玛丽和她的好友将运用力量和智慧逃离是非之地，返回自己的祖国。

　　《真爱如血》（True Blood）改编自Charlaine Harris的小说《南方吸血鬼》（Southern Vampire）。这部尺度大胆、引人恐惧的新剧由《六英尺下》（Six Feet Under）的创造者Alan Ball打造，是其返回HBO的新作。难产三年，终于破茧。《真爱如血》深入探讨了小说家Charlaine Harris精雕细琢构架的世界，被艾美奖赢家Ball描述为“聪明人的爆米花”。并且演员阵容强大，重点刻画各种与当地格格不入的人。《真爱如血》保证让观者心跳加速。
　　故事发生在路易斯安那州的一个小镇——Bon Temp。由于日本人发明的一种叫做“真血”（TruBlood）的人造合成血，吸血鬼们可以通过购买的方式获得血液来维生，一夜之间从传说中的怪物摇身变成了普通市民。虽然人类不再是吸血鬼的盘中餐，理论上两者能够和平共处共同生活，但是对于这些“走出棺材”的　　生物的理解仍有待加强。宗教领袖和政府官员选择了他们的立场，但是在Bon Temp小镇，审判还未开始。
　　Sookie Stackhouse（Anna Paquin扮演）是个会读心术的酒吧女招待，深知被社会驱逐的感觉。由于吸血鬼没有可以让她窥视的脑电波，她乐意与他们打交道，尤其是173岁英俊的 Bill Comton（Stephen Moyer扮演）。可是当Sookie卷入跟随Bill到来的一系列神秘事件的时候，容忍将被迫受到检验。
　　当吸血鬼走出棺材，走出与人类对立的生存夹缝，走出生物链顶端的孤独诅咒，我们的世界，还会是原来的那个世界么？

　　正在曼彻斯特和西北部制作的本剧由此前参与过《不》和《陌》的Richard Armitage继续领衔，《穷友记》“Erin” Michelle Keegan、《荒唐阿姨》女主Joanna Lumley等人参与其中。
　　由八集组成的本剧主角是Michelle饰演的“Maya Stern”，在丈夫“Joe”（Richard饰演）被残忍地杀害之后，她非常艰难地继续自己的生活。有一天，当Maya在自己安装于家里各处、用于监视年幼的女儿的保姆摄像头上发现了一个本该死去的人，事情发生了变化。于此同时，她的侄女“Abby”和侄儿“Daniel” 也对几个月前发生于两人母亲身上被遇害的事情感到震惊，并决意查明真相，这两起悲剧有关系吗？
　　Joanna将饰演“Joe”具有保护欲的母亲“Judith”，《堕落》“Glenn” Emmett J.Scanlan饰演“Marty McGreggor”，《失魂舍伍德》“Andy”Adeel Akhtar则饰演负责Joe案件、同时也藏匿着自己秘密的侦探“Sami Kierce”。

　　The WB及UPN（后来这两家合并成现在的CW）曾播出3季科幻青春剧《罗斯威尔 Roswell》，而本年度CW表示要开发该剧的重启版。《罗斯威尔》新版跟旧版一样，是根据Melinda Metz所著的《Roswell High》小说系列来改编，Carina Adly MacKenzie负责为项目执笔；新版《罗斯威尔》讲述生物医学研究人员的女主Liz Ortecho（Jeanine Mason饰演）在不情愿下回到家乡Roswell，她发现以前的迷恋对象已经成了警官，而且他还是个外星人，靠着自身能力一直隐瞒着真正身份。
　　女主决定保守男主的秘密，并协助他调查自身起源，然而在一次暴力袭击及政府的掩饰下，主角们理解到地球上还有更多的外星人，而且恐惧及仇恨将可能摧毁二人重新建立的关系，以及暴露男主是外星人的真相。

　　《泰坦》新季将展现被小丑所伤后的芭芭拉，本是蝙蝠少女的她坐上了轮椅，成为哥谭的警察局长，与回到哥谭的迪克·格雷森旧情复燃，也合作打击犯罪。Welch本人则在2016年一次车祸后失去了一条腿，从此一直积极为残疾群体发声。
