　　NBC电视台正式宣布经典LGBT题材美剧《威尔与格蕾丝》重启季将于2017-2018秋季档回归，该季将拍成10集。艾瑞克·麦柯马克、黛博拉·梅辛、西恩·海耶斯、梅根·莫拉莉四人都将回归。他们每人都曾因此剧至少收获一个艾美奖。此前一直担任《威尔与格蕾丝》导演的詹姆斯·伯罗斯也将回来执导本季。

　　讲述历史悠久﹑公立的New Amsterdam医院来了位新的医疗主任Max Goodwin（Ryan Eggold饰），只要他有决心就不容旁人拒绝的他重新改写医院的内部，为这间人手﹑资金﹑重视度皆不足的医院注入新活力及回复昔日荣誉……毕竟这可是接收上至总统下至囚犯，亦是仅有能治疗埃博拉病毒的医院。

　　As the 8th season begins, nothing in the firm is as we remember. Bobby, Linsay, Rebecca and Lucy are all gone, leaving Ellenor, Eugene and Jimmy at the helm. Ellenor also hires an old friend, attorney Alan Shore, recently fired from his firm for embezzlement. Jimmy and and Eugene defend a woman who killed a drug dealer in her neighborhood in cold blood, desperate to stop him from selling drugs to children. Ellenor and Jaimie defend a man accused of killing his wife and unborn child, but begin to suspect he is actually protecting the real killer.

Set and filmed in Liverpool, This City is Ours is the story of Michael, a man who for all of his adult life has been involved in organised crime, working for his friend and the gang leader Ronnie. When Ronnie begins to hint at retirement, Michael too begins to imagine another life. Because, for the first time in his life, Michael is in love. 　　《神探可伦坡》《Columbo》是个著名美国经典电视电影系列，由彼得·福克（Peter Falk）主演。自1968年2月20日～2003年1月30日期间，包括2集试播片、本章以及之后陆续推出的特别篇，共69集。本片叙述一名总是穿着一件皱巴巴的棕色风衣，顶着一头乱发，嘴里叼雪茄，开着一辆老爷车的洛杉矶重案组的刑警主角可伦坡（Columbo） 。看似不修边幅的他，总是以敏锐的推理能力侦破各种案件，并让犯人无从抵赖。
　　本片每集独立成篇，一大特点是每集中客串演出犯人角色的全为名演员与名人。另一特点是剧情采用固定的倒叙推理形式：先描述犯人作案的情形，而后描写可伦坡从与嫌疑犯的交谈及证据中确定其嫌疑，逼得犯人不得不自白。犯人原以为天衣无缝的杀人计划，都逃不过他的锐眼。他的一句名言是：‘世上没有完美犯罪’。
　　本片特别之处就是使用较少见的倒叙推理形态，着重如何抓住犯人，而不是常见的查证谁是凶手，犯罪手法或动机。这种剧情铺陈手法，与三谷幸喜编剧的日剧《古畑任三郎》相似。
