　　改编自作家Zezeho的同名小说，讲述了濒临死亡边缘的少女KliaoKliuen被神秘女子所救，多年后再次与神秘女子相遇，才知她的名字叫Karan，是医院的心脏外科医生，然而Karan却否认相救之事，为了解开谜团，二人的爱情故事由此展开。

　　尚奇（颂恩·宋帕山 Yuke Songpaisarn 饰）是衔着金汤匙出生的千金大少爷，因为和父亲争吵而一怒之下离家出走，哪知道途中遭遇了劫匪的抢劫，尚奇身受重伤，还失去了记忆。
　　从昏迷中醒来的尚奇不仅忘记了自己是谁，身上也没有一分钱，于是，他走进了离自己最近的一个码头，成为了那里的搬运工。一天，尚奇被美妙的歌声所吸引，跳出水中寻找歌声的源头，结果溺水，所幸得到了名为妮德（婉娜拉·宋提查 Wannarot Sonthichai 饰）的女孩的救助才捡回一条命，而妮德正是歌声的主人。在妮德的精心照料下，尚奇渐渐康复，而他和妮德之间，也产生了真挚的感情。

当失散多年的好友索尼娅突然造访西尔维娅家时，她的生活开始分崩离析。西尔维娅原本就面临着与洛伦佐婚姻破裂的危机，同时还要努力抚养女儿伊莎贝拉对抗毒瘾。索尼娅的出现迅速打破了家庭原本脆弱的平衡，进一步动摇了西尔维娅的生活。两位女性之间有着复杂的过去，彼此联系深厚——但索尼娅的动机却绝非单纯。她的目的很明确：挑拨洛伦佐与家人的关系，最终导致他的垮台。

Wanting to prove that he can step up and solve his own problems, Saithan withholds the truth from his family and decides to work for Phu Saengdao farm in order to pay his debt.
