Robert Thorogood adapts his own novels alongside Lucia Haynes (“Vera”) and Julia Gilbert (“Midsomer Murders”), each of whom will write a two-episode murder mystery. Thorogood’s episodes will be an adaptation of his second novel, “Death Comes to Marlow” while Haynes and Gilbert are set to pen brand new stories.

Things You Should Have Done is a hilarious, offbeat, dysfunctional family-sitcom from the unique comedy mind of Lucia Keskin. Chi (Lucia) is a self-confessed ‘stay-at-home-daughter'. She lives a simple life; she eats crisps, makes weird vlogs and watches sitcoms, and that’s all she’s done for 20 years to be fair. But when her parents, who she is so dependent on, unexpectedly die, Chi is suddenly forced to fend for herself. Chi will inherit the house on condition she completes a list of 'Things You Should Have Done’ left by her parents (everything from ‘Pet a dog’ to ‘Get a job’). Meanwhile Chi’s highly strung Auntie Karen (Selin Hizli) wants nothing to do with her dependent pest of a niece, but very much wants the house she feels is rightfully hers! In each episode, Chi tackles something from the list and is unleashed on the locals of Ramsgate, who bring something new to Chi’s understanding of life but leave wishing they’d never met her.

　　Morse finds himself the subject of a murder investigation when his friend, Beryl Newsome, is murdered at a rehearsal of the Magic Flute and he foolishly touches the murder weapon. Morse feels that he was set-up and looks to his past to see who, among the many criminals he arrested, might now be setting about seeking revenge. When someone scratches masonic symbols all over his car and he is reported for erratic driving, Morse wonders if Masons may somehow be involved. When a large number of his personal items are found in Beryl's apartment, Morse is placed under arrest.

　　Gillian is asked on a date by personable customer Gary but he has an alternative motive. He believes that Alan is his father, as a result of a brief fling with Gary's m other Mary, whilst he was still married. Advised by Caroline Gillian tells Alan, who admits it and prepares to see Gary though he is also concerned for his friend Harry, who has to sell his house to settle a court claim. Caroline meanwhile is planning to marry the pregnant Kate, leading to embarrassment for son Lawrence from homophobic fellow pupils. She tells Kate that she feels obliged to tell Celia Alan's secret whilst Alan himself meets Gary in town.
