《明星运动会》（英语：TVB All Star Games），香港电视广播有限公司游戏节目，共四集，由翡翠台于2021年7月4日起连续三个周日晚上8时30分播出，压轴一集则定于7月20日（周二）晚上8时30分播映；而J2由6月28日起周一至五连续五晚播映《明星运动会前哨 战：Fight尽》，集中播映拳击赛事项目。由大会司仪钟志光、陈庭欣、朱凯婷、崔建邦；直击报道员戴祖仪、黄庭锋。此节目为2021年香港国际影视展推介综艺节目之一，内地观众可在埋堆堆APP上观看。
