　　In a world tormented by the Horror, the citizens of Birdabad accept the egg-eating tyranny of Kondor and his carrion crew as the price of safety. Gathered in exuberant daily ritual around the great Egguilibrium mechanism, which is tended by the silent owl, Hasan, they unthinkingly trade their eggs for fruit. Hupu, a beautiful and reckless young bird, is determined to save her egg from this terrible fate and with the help of Hasan, who is her husband, and a magical seed, she opposes Kondor and disrupts the system. In the wild chase that follows Hupu, Hasan, Kondor and a tiny busy-body chick called Mi, find themselves flung out of Birdabad into the jaws of the Horror. 　　这一季当中的话题分别由性别歧视，性取向探索，职场欺凌，家庭主妇纠结，婚姻痛苦，青少年成长，中产阶级挣扎 ，等等组成，很多观众表示，看这个剧是对婚姻和家庭最大的恐惧。F is for family 是美国越南战争之后的一个家庭黑色喜剧。尤其的亮点是：毒品，钱，摇滚乐。第二季不如第一季好看但是仍然有很多笑点，并没有马头男那么经典但绝对值得一看。
　　这个动画算不上是喜剧动画，应该说是正剧更恰当一些，用动画的形式再现了七十年代的美国。越战，各种社会顽疾，维权运动，贫富差距等等，都在这个动画里有所体现。虽说主演是由喜剧演员Bill Burr配音的，但却掩盖不了整部片子里浓浓的悲观情调。

The Simpsons' second season originally aired between October 11, 1990 and May 9, 1991, and contained 22 episodes, beginning with "Bart Gets an F". Another episode, "Blood Feud" aired during the summer after the official season finale. The show runners for the second production season were Matt Groening, James L. Brooks, and Sam Simon, who had also been EPs for the previous season.[1] The DVD box set was released on August 6, 2002 in Region 1, July 8, 2002 in Region 2 and in September, 2002 in Region 4. The episode "Homer vs. Lisa and the 8th Commandment" won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program (For Programming less than One Hour), and was also nominated in the "Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy Series or a Special" category.
