　　A drunken call of nature on a generator turns just another night out for Frank into a nightmare.
　　At hospital he's told that tests show he has a heart condition and may not make it to the weekend.
　　With these words ringing in his ears, he sets out to drink and drug himself into a stupor, only to be visited by his younger self and challenged to answer the question: "What is the point of Frank Gallagher?"
　　On one of his regular trips home from university, a little bit of Lip's other life makes an unwelcome appearance in Chatsworth, throwing Mandy into uproar and culminating in a knock-down, drag-out fight in The Jockey with shocking consequences.
　　Elsewhere on the estate, Lillian proves to be quite the madame when she settles on an unconventional way to turn her spare rooms into a little extra cash.

 The series is set inside the bubble of Silicon Valley, amid misguided corporate cultures, moony innovation labs and cutthroat private high schools. It is centered around a rift between a self-appointed “inventor of the future” tech CEO and his self-serving “performance psychologist”, who are engulfed in a scandal sparked by the exploitation of personal data.

　　《布朗夫人的儿子们》由英国喜剧明星Brendan O'Carroll出演BBC一台该剧中的角色Agnes Brown。此剧在爱尔兰和英国剧场出演时连续数年场场爆满，一票难求。这部六集连续剧仍保留了舞台剧中所有的笑料，惊喜和喜剧效果。

　　该剧讲述年轻男女的爱情，特别是“性政治”（男权和女权之争）。Zooey Deschanel（Emily Deschanel的妹妹）在剧中扮演生性乐观的小学教师Jessica，但她的爱情总是一团糟。在和男友分手之后，她与三名性格幼稚的男子住到一起：爱喝酒的大块头Schmi dt（Max Greenfield），整天穿运动裤的体型教练Coach（Damon Wayans Jr.）和酒吧男招待Nick（Jake M. Johnson）。

　　在一个吸血鬼学院，两个年轻女人的友谊超越了她们的阶层，因为她们准备完成学业，进入吸血鬼社会。一个是强大的皇室成员，另一个是半吸血鬼的守护者，被训练来抵御野蛮的“返魂尸”。

　　“SPACED"是99年到01年间在英国4频道播出的情景喜剧，总共两季，每季七集。剧集的幕后核心是导演Edgar Wright和编剧兼主演的Simon Pegg、Jessica Stevenson。第一集里咖啡店偶遇的古怪失恋漫画家Tim和慵懒无业作家Daisy假冒成夫妻租到了一套公寓，故事就围绕着他俩的生活和微妙发展的关系展开起来。
　　SPACED最吸引人的地方是它独特的视觉风格和对流行文化的频繁引用。初看剧集时肯定会觉得相当新鲜，因为那些频繁快速的镜头剪切和不断加入的闪回、插叙在传统情景喜剧中 都是极为罕见的；同样新鲜的是随处可见的模仿致敬段落，尤其是对CULT电影、漫画、游戏 的致敬，DVD里甚至为此还专设了一条homage字幕。SPACED里的人物也是个个特色鲜明且神经质抵死，尤其是四位配角－古怪又怀春的老房东Marsha，诡异的行为艺术画家房客Brian， Tim的军事狂人好友Mike，还有Daisy的做作时尚好友Twist。这些异趣味十足的特色使得 SPACED本身也成了CULT经典，在英国本土拥有了大量忠实粉丝。
　　籍着SPACED的成功，Edgar Wright和Simon Pegg这对搭档得以进军大银幕，拍出了去年 轰动全球的“僵尸肖恩”，甚至还因此获得了在罗梅罗大师丧尸系列完结篇LAND OF THE DEAD中客串僵尸的荣幸。看过SPACED再来看“僵尸肖恩”肯定只有一个感觉：如出一辙的视 觉效果、搞笑手法和几乎相同的演员班底，后者简直就是前者的电影版。事实上SPACED也一 直有要拍电影版的传言放出，但Simon Pegg明确表示它根本就不适合搬上大银幕，不过至少有一个好消息是确凿无疑的，SPACED还要拍第三季，而且很可能还会有些特殊剧集，只是究竟何时开拍目前还是未知数。

 虽然英格兰曾经推动现代足球运动的诞生，但他们自己的球队已经陷入失利的泥淖，一度创下最差罚球记录。主教练加雷斯·索斯盖特（约瑟夫·费因斯 饰）知道，他需要正视自己职业生涯留下的阴影，也需要破除球队的点球魔咒，在带领“三狮军团”重写神话，重返辉煌的巅峰。

　　A comedy trivia quiz based around pop music, originally hosted by Mark Lamarr up to October 2006, currently hosted by Simon Amstell. Te am  captains Phil Jupitus and Bill Bailey (who replaced Sean Hughes in May 2002) are joined each week by different music stars. Popular rounds include one where team members have to identify song intros hummed to them and another where a bygone music star has to be picked out of a line-up of lookalikes.

　　《开天辟地》，《对美国忠诚的问题》，《美国模范族裔》，《崛起的一代》，《突破》——五个小时的五集纪录片重现150年漫长复杂的历史。

　　1781年，美国独立战争期间。乔治·华盛顿麾下的伊卡博德·克兰上尉（汤姆·米森 Tom Mison 饰）在战场上砍掉了一个手执利斧的面具骑士的头颅，自己也身负重伤失去意识。当他再度醒来，发现周遭早已翻天覆地，此时他正处在250年后的现代化美国社会。与此同时，断头谷治安官被残忍杀害，他的搭档艾比·米尔斯（妮可·贝哈瑞 Nicole Beharie 饰）意外邂逅伊卡博德，进而得知杀害治安官的正是阴森的无头骑士。伊卡博德了解到妻子卡特里娜（卡蒂亚·温特 Katia Winter 饰）在他受伤后所做的一切，并从圣经的记载中意识到邪恶的天启四骑士即将和来自地狱的邪魔军团莅临人间。在此之后，死亡和杀戮在断头谷肆意蔓延，女巫、血咒、恶魔，种种鬼魅迷雾萦绕着美国的历史，从古至今，影响深远……
